Did they steal it? Or did the societies just morph into something else?
in some form free masonry has existed since the time of king solomon. i think you're on to something here. it seems more likely that the assimilation of iconography and symbology happened naturally throughout the years, as opposed to them randomly digging up old icons for reuse.

Edward Teach was definitely not a part of any clubs. He was an outsider. Now, did the skull & bones pirate symbol come from old Knights Templar heraldry? I've seen claims of this but nothing to definitively substantiate it.

It's way older than that, fren. It's been around since the time of Nimrod, 147-ish years after the flood. Nimrod is credited as being the first mason, he made the first brick to build the tower of babel. This is what they teach in the lodges, anyway.

this is my first time hearing of that one. very interdasting. do you think speculative masonry existed back then?

I'm sure it was, but I have no proof of this.
This is what masonry is really about: Open defiance of the living God. That's all it has ever been.

its just worship of works, its as old as humanity. literally the manosphere but irl
There are several coded warnings against masonry in the Bible. "Walk the straight path, and turn neither to the right nor the left," for example.
This phrase, "turn neither to the right nor the left" is repeated at least fifty times, from what I've read. They repeated this phrase so often for a reason.
There are also several warnings about not swearing blood oaths to people.

Freemasons, Agitators, Jews by Hans Tancred (1938) - Translated [20].webpwhat about drinking mixture of gentile and Jewish blood
for some wacky ritual?

Being a true oldfag here (6 day old account), I notice a striking difference in the conversation here. I'd been on 4chan so long, it felt normal to see all the negativity (there are no good games), the poorfaggotry (nobody needs more than [my third world pc]), and the demoralization campagins (BBC spam, gaming is the least attractive hobby, etc). It feels so weird to not see that here. Then I go over to YouTube and it's astroturfing galore, especially in regards to politics.
Yeah, now that DNA and hand pic, shitskin.

Question about culture: what's the point of phonebooking people if they are not doing illegal shit?
The point is to archive all known information about the lolcow. Actually using it goes against the rules but the autistic "goal" of the website is to have all publicly known information about the lolcow available in a single place. We are archivists, librarians.

There's a reason why I did that, rapefugee.
Edit: Wait, you joined in 2020 and didn't see that post from Null? lmao what a faggot...
In the same way you guys complain about your jannies, many here disagree with some of Null's decisions (especially on certain boards like the DSP ones) and some go as far as trying to actively avoid following it. Dont think we engage in admin worship.

Just because. Archiving is not a means to an end but the end itself.
Desu the way Null is treated here seems very similar to how the admin of Neogaf used to be treated by his users.
While theres some commonality throughout Kiwifarms, it changes significantly depending on the cow, board or subforum you are. Even then rules are different. Some parts of the website (id say most) like him but others dont and seem to actively annoy him.
