No, when Julay fell apart and moe went /hebe/ pilled I'm afraid there wasn't a proper replacement since(closest we got to one was maybe zzzchan which also fell apart). This is one of the reasons why I hate Acidman, the owner of 8moe, so much, he might have doomed the last possible chance to revive 8chan quite literally because he can't stop masturbating to pictures of naked children
