So since we now know that Partap Davis of Albuquerque New Mexico is in fact Rapeape can the UK call up their American LE buddies and get them to raid Rapeape's place? Sounds like he owe's the UK $25,000+ dollars for all the BS he's been upto on 4chan.

Seems like a good idea since he lives across the street from a high school and Rapeape seems to be a pedo-sympathizer if not one himself. Normally wouldn't support censoring, especially by the UK, but lets be honest here Rapeape definitely deserves it 100%.

You can also send tips to their local journalist/newspapers. Its a long shot but if its a slow newsday and you can provide most of the legwork they'll sometimes cover the story. Public opinion is another strategy in compelling authorities to pull the plug. Telecom companies can easily shutdown sites, its like 3 clicks to blacklist one forever, but they require some pressure by the government or authorities to do so.

Loli is about to be illegal in Texas and you can bet other red states will be joining in soon like they did the porn verification laws, btw.

The hunt for the RapeApe update

I don't know why but occasionally I get into a "hunt down RapeApe" mood. Today was one of those days. I still feel very strongly about the naked butt photo with the "fuck sheriff shitwood" note is in fact RapeApe himself so I've been trying to find additional prove it was him.

I went digging back into reddit RapeApe's (R-RapeApe) model building history to see if I could link it to 4chan RapeApe (4-RapeApe) I did find some new clues today and I managed to conclusively, without any doubt, link R-RapeApe with the Partap Davis mentioned in The Verge article about getting his bitcoin hacked. I'd overlooked something so obvious it was almost unbelievable!

R-RapeApe admits in a post about the very article in question that mentions Partap Davis by name that it is indeed him. So we can be 100% sure that R-RapeApe is Partap Davis of New Mexico. We can also be certain that Partap is a fan of Soviet tanks, Nazi stuff and of Putin diorama's.

I found numerous instances of Partap Davis being mentioned by name on an Albuquerque modeling clubs website (archived) as well as a few photos that match the ones R-RapeApe posted. In addition we can see some of these model kits in the background of the infamous Partap Davis topless photo.

And we know thanks to the archived Albuquerque model club data that Partap not only built this kit, it won an award at one of their contests. Good job, RapeApe! Considering he's clearly a fan of Nazi stuff, Soviet stuff and modern Russian presidents I'd say he is an archetype match for being a 4chan mod.

Linking R-RapeApe to 4-RapeApe

But can we link the reddit RapeApe (Partap) to the 4chan Rapeape yet? Aside from the username, which is a damning piece of evidence, I've so far discovered a few juicy bits that might link them.

First, to dispel the myth that 4-RapeApe is located in Canada. Many of us didn't believe the IP "evidence" was believable since VPN software is so accessible. While skimming the IRC logs (a process I'm still going through) I did notice that 4-RapeApe admitted to using VPN software. I'd say this means any IP data is suspect and shouldn't be considered as reliable location data.

I've managed to extract only the IRC chat logs made by 4-RapeApe which I'm now analyzing for grammatical clues. This is a super time consuming process as comparing them to R-RapeApe's comment history on Reddit isn't as easy as I'd hoped. AI software agreed there was a high probability of the 2 accounts being the same person but it confessed its primarily because of the username, the fact both users are obviously computer nerds with similar interests and because of similarities in abbreviations and punctuation usage.

I wanted to see if I could find some more conclusive links between the reddit RapeApe and the 4chan RapeApe. Both accounts use the terms "fair enough, no doubt, same deal" on many occasions but they both use an even more unusual term "no dice." All circumstantial, I know, but its slowly building a case linking the 2. Since we know R-RapeApe is definitely Partap Davis if we can link that account to 4-RapeApe then we know he's Partap.

I'll keep plucking away at the data since theres much to comb through and I don't have full access to any AI that'd make scouring through the 2 data piles easier. But I figured everyone here would like an update.
