4chan is rife with extreme autists who use discord gayops to force memes, they're responsible for every Wojak edit of the month and are part of the cancer that has killed the site. I doubt the /tv/ pedos are any different.
And if it ain't the discords, it's always the boards with the schizos or genuine tards like /b/ or /pol/.

lel yeah the archive sites have exposed some seriously dedicated autists over the years. If you search a certain image and certain non-meme phrases that you've seen posted a lot, its not uncommon for the archive to find literally hundreds of nearly identical results, all the work of one or a handful of posters. Probably the most infamous example are console war threads on /v/, they're full of shitposters posting the same images and the same catchphrases over and over again. Case in point:

I don't see getting highly specific boards as any real cause for concern. It's mutually beneficial for people who want to use /v/ to talk about video games and people who use it for shitposting. Futaba's been doing this kind of thing for years- they have a board for discussing horses. If anything it would work better for 4chan just because of the sheer volume of users being bigger and thus more able to support a board for niche topics. It might kill /v/, but there's nothing wrong with that when people will get instabanned for posting sneed threads in an on-topic board.

you're already contradicting yourself. no one's gonna "talk" on a dead board. and even if there is some traffic, if that shit that lead to the problem doesn't get nipped in the bud it will just turn into a mess of different form. I mean look at that mobile board where generals apparently not allowed (didn't check if it's still the case), when that was the biggest fucking problem of all the mobile content. so there's effectively a mobile board no on can use because general have to stay on /vg/ where they clog up the board. congratulations, you fixed absolutely nothing.

the other thing there are much easier fixes to curb some of the shit on /v/, but by now I have to assume it would cut into hiroshimoots bottom line when he can't sell shilling access. like where are the thread IDs? back when gamergate stuff was moved to /pol/ it was hilarious how tards fucked up left and right because they were not used to IDs and that people can see how and what they post.

Are we seriously pretending cunnyposting isn't a very obvious pedo thing.

You clearly missed my point because fuck no, what are you, crazy?

I doubt the /tv/ pedos are any different.

/tv/ mods are fucking awful and routinely leave those threads up for hours while deleting other random shit so it isn't like they're asleep. Hence they get in the offsite archives, hence they show up on those searches. It's not some conspiracy, just /tv/ nonces combined with lazy mods on 4chan itself.

It wouldn't surprise me if evidence alighted but there isn't any yet.

there was a thread that some dude paid like 1000 bucks for whole batch of wojack edits to spam with. got a screencap but too lazy to dig for it right now.
then there were always rumors of tranny discords running raids and shit, going back to the GG days when tumblr/retardera wanted to spam gore and porn "to show those evil anons".

There's evidence for both the things you're referring to whereas there isn't currently anything that I've seen about pedophiles working behind the scene.

In some cases like that someone posts an image/gif/video that others see as good "fuel", so they save it and use it for themselves down the road. The image then becomes a banner for a particular brand of autism that all its followers wave around.
The best example of autsitic reposting is when someone uses the same OP image and exact, or nearly exact, text every single day

The denizens of those threads get super autistic about the exact image and text so if you can snipe their repost and use a slightly different image or text, they completely melt down.

Hopefully they will delete /vg/ and allow generals once they finish adding boards. Can someone redpill me on whats wrong with /tv/ and /v/? I dont go to those boards like at all.

They've been hubs for off-topic shitposting for a while, twitter screenshot threads, politic threads, etc. Honestly, /v/ isn't as bad as it use to be, there are more ontopic threads but a lot of reeeeing at social media threads as well. Even in threads that start ontopic, it becomes a hair trigger for off topic posting.
