That may be, but I haven't really seen or heard of Chris shutting down and crouching on the floor like that before. I was just floored (pun intended) at the rarity of this

I have much better things to spend my money on than Chris.. but I have no problem with people giving Chris money in exchange for products, i.e. artwork and such.

And that's great, but my point is that if there's now a Chris Krew to wrangle him, why are they spending time and resources (or helping him spend his) enabling him to go to some bullshit con rather than, I dunno, getting Chris to fix all the overdue obligations he has on Patreon, or encouraging him to get back to working on his art so he can sell THAT? "Chris, rummage through dat hoard over dere and see if there's more garbage you can harass people to buy" isn't teaching him the life skills that he needs or helping him improve his life in a practical way.

regarding the curled up position he took

that curled up pose is super common with autistics. I'll avoid being specific but I am close to two adult autistics who adopt that position when they panic and I have met three kids with autism who also do it. I've seen that "turtle" position many times. I've also seen them take this position when they are sleeping. I have known a kid and an adult autistic who do not do this pose, but they each have their own weird positions they take when stressed.

As it has been explained to me by the adult autistics, the position is helpful because it minimizes stimulation from the world around them. They are looking at the ground and can cover their ears if need be while they don't have to worry about being touched too much or accidentally touching other things. Autistics get overstimulated easily and it makes them absolutely miserable and this is one of the ways to try to deal with it.

This site has never existed to troll Chris - it's been to document exceptional people from afar. Trolling is explicitly against the rules as is "pozload my neghole" i.e. forum members harassing Chris.

You have no idea what's been happening behind the scenes for nearly the past year - Null jumped in because people were and still are legitimately trying to hurt Chris.

Who better than to say "Fuck off" than the owner of this site? I honestly can't think of anyone. The amount of bullshit coming through Chris' social media has died exponentially since Null announced he's monitoring his accounts. Chris' Facebook message requests have trickled to almost nothing, same with his e-mail, etc.

Chris being Chris on his own is fine, but Chris being manipulated into shit that can cause real harm is sad and someone needed to do something. Idea Guy (Joshua Wise) got really deep into Chris' head and we're still seeing the fallout from that.

As @Null mentioned earlier I've been helping as well - it's a team effort wrangling Chris. People like you are the truly exceptional. If seeing a mentally deficient person get hurt is the highlight of your day you seriously need to recalibrate your life.

I have always, unapologetically found Chris's antics amusing. I'd say by definition that puts my sense of humor into the 'warped' category. If people are trying to hurt Chris, then that sucks. That's not trolling. Trolling isn't about hurting someome. Trolling shouldn't be about inflicting pain or suffering onto another person. Trolling is sending Chris fanart of Rosechu with a dick, not trying to get Chris's house demolished. Anyone will be upset when their house is taken away, but only Chris will upload a 5 minute ranting video about why his OC shouldn't be sporting male genitals.

I don't think it's easy for @Null to sit by and watch when someone like Chris has people actively trying to destroy parts of their life. I think it would be really hard, I couldn't do it. But then again, I don't own a site with a subforum dedicated to Chris. If I was looking out for someone like Chris's wellbeing then running this subforum would probably not be on my list of things to do. I've always been a happy bystander.

You might think me heartless and callous for laughing at a grown man curled in the fetal position at a convention designed for men his age to express their love of animated ponies and maybe I am. But the absurdity of the situation really tickles me. That's why I'm here. I find it easier to laugh knowing Chris eventually got up and dusted himself off and pranced away like he always does. thankfully i've only ever seen that performed by the youngest autistic I know, and she does it less and less over the last few years. she has good parents, unlike chris, who hold her to the highest standards she can reach.

The "legit" turtle poses I've seen usually also involve screaming/wailing, banging head against the floor (one adult told me that the pain of banging his head on things is preferable to overstimulation from a noisy room), weeping, shaking, and other panic symptoms.

I mean, 99% of why I come to KF is laugh and point at the "quirky" individuals the internet produces. The other thing that makes me wonder is 'why' where these people going up to get a selfie with Chris? Was it because they're big Sonichu fans (ahem)? Or is it because they think he's a joke and want to prove they were near him to laugh with their friends at the retard? People touch and hug all the time for photos without expressly asking for consent. So much so that "hoverhand" has become a joke to mean a beta dude who is afraid to put an arm around a woman (like a minor celeb at a con) for a photo. Obviously Chris done fucked up here in the extent of his... affection (whatever it was). But if he was a 19 year old girl people probably wouldn't think anything of it or at least likely wouldn't complain.

Now, I can hear you saying- he's not a girl, he's as 35 year old man who allegedly smells like donkey and onions. And I'm entirely with you there (I also would never ask for a selfie with him because ew). But reading cues and empathizing how other people might see you are some of the defining traits of autists. He probably sees other people posing like this and doesn't get why he shouldn't. Assuming he didn't see the FB warning (which was explicit) I can see him not getting the problem.

Maybe him getting thrown out will help. Probably not. I would worry that the next time he goes to a con he'll start out okay but then things will go downhill because one person will hug him or something and he'll think everyone is cool with it and we'll see him rationalize things the same way he did when he saw "under new management" at Game Place.

While I agree that if you legit hate Chris and want harm to come to him, you're a giant loser and should consider suicide, I will say one thing. This site and the CWCki by its very nature is a form of trolling. Documenting and discussing these guys isn't some sort of helpful thing to do. We're laughing at their retarded antics.
