There's so much with this picture, I don't know where to begin. I've seen homeless people who wear nicer clothes.

He's wearing 'The Classic'. Remember, it's been through a lot, including the fire at 14 BLC. He had cleaned it up and attempted to sell it at one point, so not sure if he's wearing it to be recognized, or to boost it's eventual resale value.

He might want to get it patched up next time he goes to sell it, it dosen't look like it will last much longer without repair.

Chris looks like he plopped down on a walkway with an active table next to him so I imagine a ton of people saw Chris doing this but not everyone wants to stay and watch some weird guy sob on the floor. It seems the people who stopped to record did so purely because they knew it was Chris.
