Although it would make my day to see his outraged reaction if he tries to become a runway model, only to be immediately laughed at and told he's 1) not a woman, 2) cannot pass for a woman, and 3) too fat and ugly for the job.

He needs real help from real people. He really does. However, there is a saying: "You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink". Chris has been offered real help a million times. However, improving your situation takes a lot of effort. More effort than just sitting at home, playing vidya games, and blaming everyone else for your problems. Chris would rather go to a pastoral counselor and live in ignorance and off his tugboat than go to a real counselor, get a real job and make something of himself.

I recall one of the sweethearts, possibly Jackie, tried to get him to self-publish on Lulu, but he dragged his heels as ever.

He did talk about putting a modelling portfolio together around I think the Catherine saga. I don't know what became of that plan.

Here in the UK there's a modelling agency called Uglies for people who are ugly or weird-looking. I don't know if there's a US equivalent, but I could definitely see Chris as he is now getting snapped up. Ironically, before the Tomgirl thing, he would probably have been considered too good-looking.

Too many legooos, not enough time. I am sure that if someone put in all the hard work and self-improvement into improving Chris, he still would not go for it. In Chris-Chan's mind, he is a nonconforming genius, and green wigs and other shenanigans are not allowed in a 9-5 job.

In Chris-Chan's mind, he is too good for that. He thinks he probably deserves to be on the runway at fashion week and behind the scenes with sexy beautiful women, like him. (if he knew what fashion week even was)
 
He received his tugboat yesterday so it a matter of time before he spend all the money on his usual stuff. He won't make videos untill he needs something from the viewers. Any guesses when his next beggingvideo will be up? My guess is 2 weeks at the most.
 
Everytime I watch this my first reaction at "we could do better" is "fuck you, you lazy bum".

I also like how he begs while sitting a room full of some of the more expensive toys you can buy. Like just about everything else with him, it's a total disconnect and total lack of awareness that "hey, maybe I should hide these or something" doesn't cross his mind.

Pre-tomgirl, if you looked past the clothes, he was a pretty average looking guy. A little pudgy, but not anything extraordinary. If he was not wearing the medallion or his pedo-glasses, noone who didn't recognize him would give him a second glance.

And it's not like people haven't pointed the problem out to him. People have been telling him for years to sell the pointless shit he doesn't need. I guess he just thinks people won't notice the background of his videos.

It's funny because this is the closest thing that Chris has to a menstrual cycle. Instead of being a bitchy person he e-begs super hard.

Yes, as well, people keep sending in money regardless of the fact, so he probably believes he is just entitled, which makes it even more disgusting. If the best thing you have managed to do in life is send a balding crossdresser money, you are probably in trouble.

Yes, I miss that Chris-Chan. I believe that Chris-Chan has a hard time distinguishing between his own ideas and those of others, so he tries to match societal trends believing it's going to be his window into the world of respect, admiration, and love. The problem arises with Chris-Chan's transparency, you can always tell when he is forcing something that is not in his nature. The feminine soul and Tomgirl thing seems forced.

Omg that cracked me up a bit. Imagine it being like this:

Every 3rd of the month: he becomes superhappy.
2nd week: tugboat has dried up
3rd week: becomes agitated and makes beggingvideos
4th week: emotions runs wild and goes into REEEE-mode making more beggingvideos

That's what many people don't understand. White trash, which is what the remains of the Chandler clan certainly are, are always one step ahead of total financial ruin. Smart trash get Government monies, like Chris has, set up early on. Remember the Whites of West Virgina? Same deal, all are on disability because their dad had the foresight. But Barb is a special case. Between the fire, the re-building, the rental and the new car, in addition to the constant buying of shit they don't need, she's stretched out the safety net to the breaking point. Barb ain't even white trash smart. Well, she thinks she is, but she's not.

Oh, and the legal fees, I forgot about that little waste of money that didn't have to happen in the first place. Her credit's already totally runied with the debt collection. Chris's is probably on the brink because she's abusing that as well.

This begging though, I'm sure, is because Chris's tugboat is getting used by Barb and afterall he's entitled to legos and vidya by Godbear.
