I like how Chris is too lazy to change his name in the Certificate of Authenticity, but then signs it Christine.
 
This can't be a true medallion. Some strange woman named Christine signed the certificate. You've been ripped off. Demand a true Christian Weston Chandler piece.
 
In 80 years on antiques roadshow someone is going to find their medallion is from the pre-leave positive feedback era and therefore less valuable christorically or a someone's going to find one without the krazy glue note and find out its a fake. Or there's pre and post Christine signatures

Chris is cutting corners to max profits on supplies. Pretty soon he will figure out he can beat up an 8 year old for free model magic and other great crayola products and make pure profit

He's making the product smaller to save on costs... but still charges full price? I can excuse the unfinished eyebrows, but this is simply misleading. How would Chris feel if he paid for a large Big Mac meal and ended up with a dollar burger, a handful of fries and a dinky cup of water and a receipt with "Leave Positive Feedback, Please" on the back?

I'd try getting a partial refund and an apology for not being up front about the size difference.

Sorry for being a sperg abut this but that is kind of a smart move for a business to adopt (even though Chris has done this to half arse them out quicker) since the beginning of 2008 recession a lot of companies have been shrinking the box weight of items while keeping the packaging the same size and the price, and a airline saved something on the order of 4 million dollars by removing a single olive from the first class portion of olives on the meal (if you include fuel weight in agregate it's way more) in a single year.
