See, Phil, this is why you plan out the sleeve in advance instead of just adding random shit on a whim and hoping it fits. The only way you're going to get the artwork to "flow" at this point is by covering the remaining skin with a background filler design, but knowing you that would just make things even worse.

So don't even waste your time worrying about how the pieces will fit together. They won't. Ever.

I'm still waiting for you to tattoo your dick to look like a bicycle pump.
 
I am glad the tattoo topic popped up again. Normally, tattoo toxicity is not something to worry about too much if you are just getting a small single tattoo. In Phil's case though, I think it will soon become an issue.

The color of the tattoo can influence its toxicity. If he goes with anything from the red to yellow spectrum - he is certain to get some decent amounts of cadmium.

If anyone is unfamiliar with Cadmium, it is a pretty toxic metal and not something you want just siting in your body. China right now has a problem with it and their food supply.

Also it should be noted that once it enters his system, it stays in there. Usually going into the kidneys. It can linger in his body for 17 to 38 years. The kidneys can eventually shut down if something else related to the now large amounts of dangerous metals, bacteria, or god knows what else floating in Phil's body do not kill him first.

Louisiana was spanish territory for 40 years but phil probably thinks that france and spain are the same nonexistent mesoamerican culture

It's kind of a moot point since no competent surgeon would do it on a train wreck like Phil anyway.

One would hope. But if he comes back to Philly, he can't pretend his insurance will pay for it, and there go all those delicious ass-pats.
