7/20/2022 Disability "Fraud" - Whether or not this meets the legal definition of "fraud" as far as it concerns eligibility for SSID I'm not sure, but Tom's comments are, as always, revealing.

Also, since when does the Social Security Administration seek people out to declare "unfit to work"? I've never heard of someone having disability bestowed upon them at the initiative of the SSA.
 
Tom claims it as part of the mulit-level government conspiracy to discredit him. Depending on the day brain chemistry he either took the money to "own" the government or you can't say no to ssdi. Either way he's clearly in denial about his mental illness.

I'm not trying to vouch for the competence of the US welfare system, but I feel like, given the fact that Tom still lives like a sewer rat despite his "business dealings", the civil servants reviewing his case probably concluded correctly that his claims to having turned his welfare into a profit generating venture were delusions. Tom is probably guilty of spending his tardbux wastefully, but I doubt he ever made enough money that the goverment would feel he commited fraud.

That being said, actual poor people have more dignity and sense than Tom. It's unfortunate that we live in a world where people in genuine need go hungry so Tom can waste government money on shiny pebbles from unscrupulous foreign dealers. There are definitely poor families of all colors that could use the money more than this pasty schizo faggot.

Nothing boils my piss faster than seeing fraudsters who are perfectly capable of working a 9-5 won't. Tom was in his early thirties when the government gave him gibs. That's been his only income since the 80s. Tom thinks he's above "wage slaves" but the reality is that him and his grifting ilk would be the first to go the moment the welfare state goes to shit.
 
Ultimately it’s all cope. The old fool is ashamed of the fact that he’s officially classed as a retard and that he could no more run a successful business than he can control his anus, so he comes up with this nonsense about how he’s actually a sly fox playing the system while he survives off government gibs. Name one business that would hire Tom to do anything? I can't think of a single thing Tom is qualified for. Anything customer facing is clearly out, food handling is a complete non starter. No one in their right mind would trust Tom to operate a toaster let alone heavy machinery. The only thing left for the man is janitorial work and frankly do you really trust him to clean anything?

The former is customer facing AND food handling, even if he only touches canned food I still wouldn't trust him. Personally I'd use him as a warning/example for children who are trying to meet adults online, that predators like him are the norm. He would make a wonderful deterrent.
