Is it wrong, I really want to see a body builder in that shirt?

It also looks like he's got some kool aid/self care lipstick.

Isn't Phil not allowed to legally purchase firearms because of his mental illness that makes him disabled in the eyes of the states thathave written records of him?

For most states that only applies to if you have involuntarily been committed to a mental health institution by the courts. A few states like California, New York, and Illinois if you go see a shrink and they feel you are a danger to yourself or others they can file a report to the authorities and it will go onto your background check when you try to purchase a firearm, but most states see this (rightly so, in my opinion) as a violation of doctor/patient confidentiality and peoples right to privacy and don't allow it.

And I am not comfortable with Phil appropriating my gun culture.

I think everyone who can use a gun properly and safely should be allowed to own a gun. Hooves would never in a million years fall into that category

If there is a record of him ever being involuntarily committed for mental health treatment, then he can not own a gun.

Other reasons would be a felony conviction, dishonorable military discharge, renouncement of US citizenship or domestic violence history. If there is any official record existing about how his hit his mother, that'd count as a domestic violence disqualification.

But also keep in mind Phil is fucking homeless. You can only openly carry in California if the gun is unloaded and no magazine is inserted. You can not get a concealed carry permit in California without pretty much proving that you've already been a victim of a major crime, you basically have to prove to them that you need it, it isn't an easy state to get a gun permit in. Also laws regarding open carrying of a gun can vary based on local laws.

Not trying to power level, but California is a shitty place to be a gun owner. Let's also just keep in mind Phil can not even commit to buying a fucking bicycle, the odds of him buying a gun are pretty much zero. Even if he did, he won't know how to safely use it, a gun is a liability if you do not practice regularly, plus it requires regular maintenance and cleaning...Phil can not even regularly maintain and clean his own fucking body.

Yes, Phil, the solution to this social issue to is to arm a group comprising less than 1% of society, then encourage them to become violent against the majority group. That plays out well, historically.

I can't help but wonder if ADF is one of those morons who would actually think keeping the safety in the "on" position would mean it's safe for the wielder to fire the gun - because why would you have a gun be able to be set to not fire a bullet at any point, or so he'd think?

There's no way he's serious about arming himself he's just being 2edgy5me

Phil catches me as the kind of person who talks up being super tough and wanting a gun to intimidate people, but deep down inside is absolutely terrified of guns and would scream and drop the weapon the first time he fired it.

Phil is absolutely the wrong kind of person to own firearms. Is pro-gun as I am and would love to see more citizens own and enjoy firearms for hunting, recreation, and most importantly, self defense, I recognize that some people should never touch a firearm and should legally be barred for owning them. Phil is the perfect embodiment of one of those people.

He's afraid of his own shadow. He will never get a gun. But if he does he'll manage to do it illegally and get caught in one of the few states where you can get locked up a really, really long time for it.
