“Ayala caused minors to produce child sexual abuse material as well as other video content depicting themselves engaging in self-harm,” a release from the U.S. Department of Justice reads.


Ayala is accused of being part of a global online group whose aim is to destabilize and destroy civilization by “corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, including minors.”


The DOJ says this group is made up of “nihilistic violent extremists” who work together to groom and sexually exploit children, coercing them into creating child pornography and videos of them committing “sadistic sexual acts” and torture, including carving the names of their abusers into their skin. Sometimes the abuse elevates to the members urging the young girls to commit suicide, officials said.


Charging documents allege that Ayala told ten girls to engage in specific sexual acts. He’s also accused of participating in a new online server that was described as a “grooming pool” for future victims.



Ayala has been charged with federal crimes and made his initial court appearance shortly after his arrest. He is being held without bail and is due back in court on April 22.


Last month, a Florida man who belonged to the same online group was sentenced to seven years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for possessing hundreds of images of child pornography.


In January, four neo-Nazis who belonged to a similar online group were charged with similar crimes. Two of their victims were located in Southern California, the DOJ said at the time.


United States Attorney Bill Essayli called the charges against Ayala “disturbing,” and issued a warning about “criminals [who] lurk in the internet’s dark corners to prey on and do lasting damage to children.”


Essayli said Ayala’s arrest should serve as a notice to all online predators: “We will find you and arrest you if you hurt children.”

Jose Henry Ayala Casamiro, 28, was arrested by the FBI on a criminal complaint charging him with possession of child pornography. He made his initial appearance this afternoon in United States District Court in downtown Los Angeles. A federal magistrate judge ordered him jailed without bond and an April 22 arraignment date was scheduled in Los Angeles federal court.
“The facts alleged in this complaint are disturbing,” said United States Attorney Bill Essayli. “Criminals lurk in the internet’s dark corners to prey on and do lasting damage to children. Let this arrest serve as notice to all online predators. We will find you and arrest you if you hurt children.”
According to an affidavit filed with the complaint, Ayala caused minors to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as well as other video content depicting themselves engaging in self-harm as part of his participation in an online network known broadly as “764”, a network of nihilistic violent extremists who engage in criminal conduct, particularly targeting children for sexual exploitation online, to further the network’s goals of accelerating the downfall of the current world order, including the United States Government. Members of 764 work in concert with one another towards a common purpose of destroying civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, including minors.
As part of the 764 network, Ayala allegedly was involved with an online group that blackmailed underage girls into creating child pornography videos depicting themselves engaging in degrading sadistic sexual acts, torture sessions, and carving their abusers’ initials or names on their bodies. The group also encouraged the female minors to commit suicide. As one example, the criminal complaint details a March 2020 photo in which an individual had cut the defendant’s name “Henry” into their right forearm. The complaint also outlines four videos that allegedly depict Ayala directing teen girls to engage in specific sexual acts. In February and March 2025, the complaint also alleges that Ayala participated in a new server created as a “grooming pool” targeting underage girls.
The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the case.
Assistant United States Attorneys Amanda Elbogen, of the Terrorism and Export Crimes Section, and David Ryan, Chief of the National Security Division, are prosecuting this case, with assistance from Trial Attorneys Justin Sher and James Donnelly from the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section.

Wtf I discovered this shit in 2023 when I typed in "sh" (meant to type shitpost) in disboard.org, leading me to slitbunnies; a cord owned by some UK pajeet called Ubay. Also he had beef or something with a guy called Heaven?? He ran another server called starved summer or fever cuts or something I don't remember well. Pretty sure it was some com thing. I remember getting several kids around 12-14 to leave these groups, one couldn't or else "he" would do something to her I don't remember what exactly (probably swatting lol).

The craziest thing to me is how little attention these groups are getting. A cabal of neo-nazi satanist pedophiles is pretty much the ultimate boogeyman group. And there have been murders and arrests associated with these people, as well as the DOJ press releases and local news articles to go along with them, yet most normal people would probably look at you like you were the crazy schizo for pointing out their existence. I guess they're just a little too on the nose.

My hunch is they are connected to organized crime and ultimately intelligence agencies. You remember The Finders right? BoysTown? DuTroux? You follow the breadcrumbs throughout history and it just keeps leading back to the same people. These people are like DuTroux, the psychopaths hired as the proxy force. Think rent-a-crowd, but for pedos and sadists. You are probably only looking at one facet of the network right now.
