How not to fall for 764 and their associates bait:
One of 764 and their associates favorite activities is to lie about others in order to keep the blame off of themselves and onto people they dislike. Such people include: people who have spoken out about them in the past (about a quarter of the time), people-minors- who they have groomed and extorted to say horrific things about themselves (most of the time), and people who were former members of their circles but they have since had falling outs with (small amount of the time, but growing).
The ways they do this are subtle, but obvious once you get to see them more often. Ways such as picking fights with people and then posting random peoples faces in order to get that person harassed (see: @femboyfagboy's posting of a random Asian guy) and posting videos of the grooming victims saying things such as “i’m a pedophile!”, “764!”, “nigger nigger faggot kike!”, etc, while calling them pedophiles and/or racist for the things they were extorted to say.
“But”, you may ask, “how do I tell when the 764 person is telling the truth or posting false info?” It’s simple. Whenever they willingly post information (faces, addresses, etc) publicly while declaring themselves as pedophiles or racists, 99% of the time, it’s the bait. But when it’s something like a leaked face from direct messages or something of that sort, its most likely authentic, especially if they ignore it or try to take it down.

com is an umbrella term used to describe various Internet groups like 764/Harm Nation, Cvlt, 101, and 717. These groups have been prolific in their extortion of minors, often going to extreme lengths to control their victims and experience sadistic pleasure. These groups received mainstream attention after three criminals (Kaleb Christopher Merritt, Nino Luciano H, Angel Almeida) who were a part of these groups were put in jail.Com is short for community and was originally used for sim-swapping groups. However, com started to be known for extortion mainly as a joke during 2021, but the name stuck and now extortionists are known to be called "comfags", girls who hang out on those servers are called "comwhores", and etc. No one before 2022 used the term "com" seriously when referring to extortion groups, and anyone who claims they were part of "old com" but uses this term is just lying.
1. Group Activities
Self-Harm
Two of the most common forms of extortion perpetrated by the Extortion Community are “fansigns” and “cutsigns.” Fansigns are a type of image depicting the name of a particular group or user written on a physical medium — usually the signer’s body, but it is not uncommon for names to be written on paper signs or walls. Fansigns are typically written in marker, makeup, or blood. Cutsigns are a subset of fansign written by cutting names or phrases directly into the flesh, with names such as “Naro,” “Harm,” “Ella,” “Yuri,” “Ally,” “Syn,” “Flar,” and “Vore,” all of who are the members of these groups, we'll talk about them later
Animal Killings
Coercion of victims into committing violence against animals is particularly prevalent in the 764/Harm Nation groups but also appears to have occurred in H3ll/717. This practice demonstrates the extreme degree of control the abusers have over their victims and the amount of emotional distress they are willing to cause in order to exercise that control

People in this community like to downplay, victim blame, or just straight-up lie about the victims, they also make separate Telegram channels known as "Lorebooks" which function like Kiwifarms lolcow threads but instead of being a good collection of information on a subject, they're created to slander victims of the extortion

Nino Luciano H. / Tobbz764 / HVRTCORE / Phalse prophet / Necrohunt

Nino Luciano was born to drug-addicted parents in Germany on July 4, 2004, and was said to have suffered withdrawal symptoms at birth, but was otherwise healthy. At the time of his birth, his father was incarcerated for drug-related crimes.
As a child, Nino had frequent violent outbursts and slept with a knife under his pillow at age 6. His mother stated that he had a troubled childhood filled with mental problems, loneliness, and being placed from one institution to another. In 2011, he was admitted to a psychiatric clinic for the first time, after which he was placed in an intensive care residential group, but the measure ended in 2013. In the summer of June 2016, Nino was brought to Romania at 11 years and 11 months old for a re-education program and was placed in foster care where in Dumbrăveni, Marcel Șițiș fostered Luciano for 6 years up until the assault and murder
During his stay with Marcel Șițiș, he was sedated and given medication to sleep making him feel "all numb" and "like from another planet." The point of the medication was said to be to "tranquilize" him. Nino was also supposed to "stay in nature for a month, in Romania, in a transition stage between the psychiatric clinic in Germany and the house of the Șatiș family in Dumbrăveni." While being with his foster family, the German state paid Luciano more than 400 euros per day to cover specialist counseling costs, a psychiatrist's consultation, material costs and pocket money, and clothing allowance. He was in total paid 882,963.51 euros (including the months he was in pretrial detention) and all payments stopped on his 18th birthday.
On April 12, 2022, At around 10:15, the boy arrived on Tineretului Street, Mediaș, slashed a car tire, and continued on his way, looking for a new victim. > Two hours later, on the same street, he offered an elderly person a one-lei note but continued on his way. He turned and followed the victim, telling him he had something else to offer him, showing him pepper spray. The man got scared and ran away, and the teenager went in the other direction
At around 12:20 pm on Păltiniș Street, Mediaș, 17yr old Nino Luciano committed an unprovoked murder on a 74yr old woman who he believed was either of Jewish or Roma descent, while she was taking her trash out when Luciano stopped her, greeted by saying "hi", and knocked her to the ground where he then kicked her and cut her throat, all while streaming it on a discord call. This murder was said to be an initiation to join the extremist group known as MKY. The woman was neither Roma nor Jewish. He also stole the gold necklace that she was wearing.
On April 13, 2022, at 2:45 a.m., the criminal prosecutor ordered the arrest of 17yr old Luciano for committing the murder of the 74yr old woman, "with the detention of the aggravating circumstance of committing the act for reasons related to race, an act provided for by Art. 188 paragraph 1, with app. art. 113 paragraph 3 and art. 77 letter h Criminal Code"
On August 8th, Nino Luciano was convicted and was subsequently charged with and pled guilty to, attempted murder, aggravated murder, destruction, and child pornography. He was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment and was ordered to go through the educational measure of internment, which focuses on the recovery of minors for reimplementation into society. "The defendant was also required to take medical treatment until he recovers or until improvements are obtained to remove the dangerous condition." which I assume refers to pedophilia or another mental condition, this article is translated from Romanian so the wording was a bit confusing.
2. Why & How
The obvious question you may be asking yourself is "Why? Why do these people do this?", in this section I'll try to give an answer that at least makes sense, and to do this we need to understand their psychology, I'll explain one by one the reasoning behind their most common activities
1) Extortion
Despite this being one of the most common practices taking place inside of com, it is still worth simplifying into better terms. And to do that, I’ll simply come at it from two different perspectives.
P1 (VICTIM): Typically found in places like ROBLOX, more specifically dollhouse roleplay (DHRP), Da Hood (DH), and other games I’ve yet to research. In most cases, those who allow themselves to be victimized suffer from mental health issues. A lot of the time it is because of a poor household environment. Due to a poor household environment, this drives a child to feel isolated and neglected. com can be described as this teenage utopia where people typically ranging from ages 13-19 go to seek asylum, an escape from their real-life environment, however it may be. Odds are, the victim suffers from a mental illness rooted in internalized neglect induced by their parents or other environmental issues.
P2 (AGGRESSOR): Much like the victim, the common extorter suffers from internalized neglect induced by their parents or other environmental issues. A great example is an individual named Yuri.

So now that I’ve explained why people involved in this side of com are the way they are, I’ll explain the behavior traits of the typical extorter by breaking them down into categories.
LOVE: Unfortunately, the average extorter has a different definition of love, and that definition consists of severe manipulation, turmoil, and authoritarianism. They believe that only through complete control over their partner, will the relationship thrive. This commonly results in possessive traits being created, which in this case is a part of what attracts the victim.
HATE: The hate from an extorter more than likely branches off of what they have to endure on a daily basis. Typically, in real life these kinds of extorters are powerless and convey the things they wish they could do and say IRL to online. Wouldn’t you also want to go on some sort of rampage online after being bullied and tormented IRL?
GRATITUDE: An extorter receives gratitude through mentally absorbing harmful pleasure. This is why cutsigns exist. They gain a sense of security and power whenever they command or convince someone they are to commit acts of extremity such as cutting themselves. Much like hateful extorters, this is because in real life they don’t have this type of control.
An extorter would commonly use fear and manipulation tactics to gain power over another person. Usually the more mentally vulnerable. (younger people). They’re usually saying things like “If you don’t do X then you’ll never be able to do Y”
The extortion community has an aesthetic surrounding it. Pure “evil” and edgelord-ism, commonly referred to as "Larpercore" (which we'll talk about later). This is why impressionable people around the ages of 14-15 are hooked into the community. Because they usually fixate on any sense of power and superiority.
Overall, it’s mainly because they think it’s cool. This is due to how people who are already inside of the community portray it. Everything about this community reeks of mental illness. However, 90% of the community pretends to have them, usually to maintain an evil, twisted and misunderstood internet persona.
But let's finally take a look at the aesthetic itself
2) O9A & Aesthetic
Almost every single news report about these groups describes 764 & 764-like groups as "Satanic", but that's not exactly true. While these groups do have a connection to Order of Nine Angles / O9A they are mostly used for aesthetic reason
The connection is due to Atomwaffen which was basically the nexion of Order of Nine Angles with people they used as opfers (scapegoats basically). A lot of neo-nazis took inspiration from these groups, including people from extortion groups. That's why you see people such as Kaleb Merritt go under usernames such as o9a.evil, and participate in O9A-related circles. Due to the fact that they were "sinister," many extortion groups soon started to co-opt Order of Nine Angles teachings and beliefs such as 764 and various others. This practice has since died down, and now it's more about the concept of being edgy, while also being into their own unique understandings of Satanism (some have more atheistic beliefs about Satanism that align more similar to the Church of Satan, though I wouldn't say exactly since they still harm children, and others follow their own paths believing that their evil actions will be repaid when they die and go to hell, those we'll just leave as schizo). O9A still has connections to some individuals in extortion groups however, but it's not as strong as before.

But the LARP part doesn't just end at the edgy ideologies, it' also extends to money. Very few people involved with com come from wealthy backgrounds. This common theme, causes many people from poor backgrounds to lie and deceive people into thinking that they live a lifestyle that they do not
This causes conflict and further division within the teenage utopia. For lack of better words; comparison is the theft of joy. People tend to weaponize this ideology, intentionally shoving the concept of them being rich and you being poor (subconsciously implying that they’re superior and you are inferior). In some cases, people who tend to create a facade based around nonexistent wealth, are exposed for who they truly are.
3) Connections / Partners & Feuds
I. 4chan / /soc/ board
4chan has a board called /soc/ which is dedicated to Cams and Meetups. Users tend to post groups and their tags in there in order to meet with other anons, but of course, bad actors also use this board to advertise extortion groups and etc. For example, cultists were advertised there, and vore sometimes namefagged as can be seen below
A while ago 4chan servers were more into blackmail compared to com servers. Some 4chan servers still exist and still produce child pornography such as bonezone (One of the users of which is Elaine Miller) and /polgbt/, both of which were created by the same guy named Jordan Christopher Burch aka Boner Doner, and also had some kind of love-hate relationship with Entropy / Lambright Legion, the Discord group (owned by Jonahgoldberg / Thomasz Szabo) that Torswats / Alan Filion got his start within. For some reason, jannies on /soc/ allow for illegal content to be posted. This doesn't just include extortion servers, but also trading of illegal material and posting

4chan has had its problem with blackmailers and extorters for a long time, and it is not a new phenomenon. If you search "4chan blackmail" you can find archived posts from 2014, and there's probably a bunch oldfag lore out there about blackmailing camwhores from the 2000s and 2010s, but I'm not going to dive too deep into it.
II. Soyjak.party / Sharty
The imageboard soyjak.party / Sharty has had quite a few mix-ups with extortionist groups. A lot of it can be found in their article about Discord
To summarize the connections between the Sharty without any bias and within context, extortion groups did not have any association with the site itself before 2022. During 2021 and earlier, extortion groups used 4chan instead (if you really want to go back to the 2000s and 2010s they used other imageboards like AnonIB and 12chan). This changed however when /qa/ got nuked and people took refuge in the Sharty. This was during the post-Brad era, AKA the newgens of the extortion groups. Here is where both the sharty and extortion groups started mixing together, and 4chan extortionist migrants treated the sharty as a less restrictive /b/ (even doe 'P shouldn't be allowed on any clearnet imageboard).
This led to some stuff such as soylita art traced from CP, Dancing Swede.mp4, spamming of CP, and various new CP posters. The Sharty also had an incident called "Mao's Destruction," which happened during the Spring/Summer of 2023. The article, states that "a server was created by some lurkers and a sharty janny who groomed a minor into killing a dog, drawing a swastika on her belly, cutting and burning herself, and other stuff."
Despite the link between the Sharty and extortion groups, the Sharty staff looks down on extortion groups negatively. This is different from 4chan, which takes a more tolerable stance towards extortion groups and allows them on their website. However, since both the Sharty and extortion groups can't really do anything to each other since their tactics of fighting each other are usually circumvented quickly, they exist in a commensalisc relationship where the Sharty just exists and extortion groups manage to gain new members from the Sharty.
III. Twitter, Facebook, and Tiktok
Extortion groups appear to be more prominent on Instagram than on Twitter, Facebook, or TikTok. The following image is an incomplete map of connections between the various groups on Instagram; hopefully, this will make it unnecessary to discuss every single connected user individually
You can see that a lot of them are just way followed, only some of them are mutual, despite all of these groups being partners. You may be surprised to know that this community is a lot more divided than you’d think. From snaking each other's hits to fucking each other's e-girls. Feuds often turn violent inside of this community.

His mother described Brad as a non-verbal bullied kid who was not able to go to high school because of it. He was neglected by his parents, and was left to be raised by the Internet, the results of this you can see on your screens. He discovered hardcore pornography at 8 years old and became interested in gore-related content at the age of 10, he stated that he watched it for the shock value. He consumed this content up until he was 16 years old
He was under the local police enforcement radar in 2018 when he made terroristic threats towards his school
This caused his classmates and even teachers to write complaints about him
In November 2020, he was introduced to a group named CVLT on Discord. Brad found CVLT fascinating because it reminded him of spooky rumors such as Red Rooms, an old creepypasta about the dark web live stream where people get tortured, and old groups. In CVLT, he managed to create ties with members and other servers such as Harsh Reality aka Rohan (The creator of CVLT) and Polaris. Due to this, he managed to get a decent amount of people in his group, however, due to the nature of members originating from these groups, 764 started showing early hints of its more pedophilic future.
In December 2020, 764 made a Telegram as a refuge in case their discord died. They managed to partner up with other group chats in order to build a bigger group, and due to the nature of Telegram, many creeps joined in order to perve on the e-girls of 764 and spread CP, as well as a couple of future human traffickers.
In January 2021, Brad participated in an extortion of a girl in Intense Talk/Cult of Greggy. The footage was uploaded to YouTube under the title "dad walks in on the Discord grooming session" and was later shared on Reddit
The extortionist in this video is known as "Moist Nigerian" (Powerword: Zachary Grant Dosch) who was a friend of Brad and taught him the art of sextortion. He was well-known in 4chan servers and communities. It is worth mentioning here that extortion communities during this time while somewhat connected to Doxbin, were more connected to 4chan, specifically their /soc/ board. He was later arrested for cyberstalking, receipt of child pornography, and distribution of child pornography and revealed to be (then) 21-year-old Zachary Dosch. He is currently 24, but it is seen that he started extorting around late 2019 when he was 19. Before his sextortion crimes, he viewed illegal material starting from November 20th, 2016. He also alleged that DDOsed others and glitched players out in CSGO.
In March, notorious Telegram troll "Duck/Gorebutcher" (now known as Angel/Laverne Almeida) joined 764 via "a friend" in order to shill his music.
Originally, he wasn't a predator at all. However, all that meth he was smoking got to his head, and he turned into a full-blown child predator. He is known for spamming CP in White Nationalist chats because he hated "cumskins" and probably didn't have anything better to do. He was arrested in November 2021, which led the FBI to take an interest in 764 group
In April 2021, the infamous "hamster video" extortion. This will be important later on. This was an extort by MWD764, a supposed Year 8/9 student in the UK.

764 also started enlisting the help of bots in order to advertise, usually by targeting group chats on @FurListBot and making gateway groups. This resulted in 764 gaining some furries as members, such as the infamous Afonso Dos Reis Serrasquiero aka Riley764.
(Note, 764 still had furries before, due to their affiliation with Dice.org AKA 2051, a similar group with more of a focus on discord artist servers and zoophilia)
On May 4th, a video from Faline-San was posted, highlighting an Instagram group called "Applebees." which was a known partner of 764, and instructed as many people as possible into joining 764 (and other gcs) in attempts to improve his reputation in group chats he was part of after such a devastating humiliation. This resulted in an influx of fansigns and CP to be created. This also caused an influx of children in 764 partnered servers
May was also the time that 764 started getting known on telegram, this can be attested due to the fact that a user named Jasper introduced Ellavator to 764, and she was a niche Neo-Nazi internet celebrity. When she started to associate more with these communities, political communities started to learn about 764. One of the people who reacted to 764 was Epic Danger, a white trash (nationalist) Omegle streamer who lives in a trailer park. He learned about 764, and when he saw the hamster video he started sobbing uncontrollably. To put how horrible this was to him, he stated "I barely even cried when my mom died," showing that this was more emotionally painful for him compared to his own mother's passing.
This let 764 gain attention from even more people, and now more politically aligned people started to join. This included Troll Moment, a 15yo who used to be an admin in /pol/ group chats. He also got beaten up in real life for being a pedo
This month as well, due to whatever reason, Brad764 started joining LGBT groups and getting members from there as well. This also got more queer people to join the server.
In June 2021, 764 partnered with Neo Hub in order to get more people into the server. Neo Hub was a Discord Server and Telegram group that essentially acts as a place for 4chan/zoosadists/gore/etc groups and individuals to chill and regroup when their gc got deleted.
It was owned by Jaden Young Korse aka Gorvaged, a well-known zoosadist who's currently 6 feet underground, and one of his zooey friends. This also allowed Brad to gain a couple zoosadists and zoophiles into 764
In August, Brad764's last stint was to expose an e-girl named Injected Rabies. The reason why is because she was deemed cringe, and not the fact she distributed child porn,edated Affix, etc. However, even though this was somewhat successful, making her leave for a short time, Brad764 was ultimately apprehended by authorities, and that's where Brad764's legacy ends.

Kyle William Spitze is another member of the 764 whose unrest became viral on Twitter and the mainstream media, causing another wave of articles about Internet extortion groups.

During his time on 764/Harm Nation, he would extort and groom many people, in his own words, he groomed 2600+ people
At 8:15 pm police officers arrived at the scene in hopes of negotiating with the shooter but at some point during the 2-hour police standoff, Jeffery West shot and killed himself.
The story went largely dormant until January 15th, 2024, when X user @sag posted a video that was taken by Spitze on the night of the incident. In the video, West is seen pointing a gun at Spitze, eventually shooting him. It's visible that Spitze is bleeding on the ground after the shot and he runs out of the house soon after. Over two days, the post gained roughly 31.5 million views and 84,000 likes

In February 2024, Kyle's mother, Melanie Rae Spitze, aged 61, was found dead in her hotel room at the OYO Hotel in Cedar Bluff with a pool of blood nearby. - Saken - The owner of "court", a Telegram Group Chat that is still one of the most active ones in com, has over 6 million haters and even more lorebooks on him claiming to have cucked his girlfriend, managed to avoid being doxxed by falsifying his dox

Saken's dox, Kylan Aubrey Hinklin, was confirmed to be a detrace and his most recent dox, Gregory Williams, was proven to be a faildox, however, you should keep these in mind since Saken sometimes gets referred by one of his supposed doxxed names
Short History of Court:
Between 2021, and 2022, Court was a well-known swatting and doxing group, primarily utilizing communication platforms like Discord to operate. In early 2022, larps of the group would start to emerge, the majority of these larps emerging from packing com, most of which are impossible to find now. Servers that members of the group could typically be found in, is /court, /extort, /gov, and more. The group was founded by a man named Josh, It was a very big community server, until Josh was snaked by Interlude, and the rest of his friend group for apparently no reason. Afterward, Josh desired revenge and allowed Saken to recreate Court, without the discretion of Josh, began extorting with the people he then recruited into the group. This choice of action resulted in the Court's original history being almost entirely erased. Court was not an extortion group, until later on.
Saken gets heavily made fun of for his embarrassing conversations with e-girls, for example, this is where Saken says he's willing to be a cuck for his e-girl

His co-admin also goes by Meguminwife on Twitter, where they follow one another. He is a 4chan regular also known as "My wife megumin" poster, who has ties or may actually be the user known as "Reiko" aka Reiko#3333, an infamous 4chan /r9k/ poster who created a pinkpilling Discord server to groom vulnerable males into transitioning using blackmail and other shady tactics.
- S1N & Trippy - Current leaders of NLM or No Lives Matter, which is a pseudo-terrorist organization with ties known to terrorist organization MKU/MKY (Murder Maniac Cult) which has ties to Ukrainian and "other" state actors. The groups are nihilist/misanthropic groups that plan attacks on the "Mundane", which are ordinary human beings going about their lives. Your mother, your grandmother, your sister, they are prime targets for these individuals. They run operations out of the following countries, England, Sweden, Bulgaria, and Romania
