Big problem, and the elephant in the room, as it implies that victims ought to be preemptively punished as well, as chances of them perpetuating are extremely high.

Best solution for this would be total state crackdown on these people El Salvador style. Trace trannycord accounts to identities, arrest entire servers, would be a global operation and require perhaps clandestine action. This is very possible, but clearly these societies have implicit protection either due to naive judges who refuse to believe or more tinfoil hatted theories of more sinister actions (irrelevant, same effects) - these servers stay up for the same reason (but not really, it's just really easy to ban evade on 'cord)

There was a server I've reported a while back where a 14 year old was the admin and creator. And he created a NSFW femboy server where grown adults sent him dick pictures.

Even after the numerous reports and NCMEC report it stayed up for 6 months, which pissed me off to the point I had to message the kid to tell him to stop and that he's reported. Then and only then did the NSFW section go down. DISCORD DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT!

The kid later asked me what to do so I told him to create a private server and leave this one, then blocked him. Idk what hes doing now but I didn't see the server since.
