I was sort of wondering that as well. My assumption is, they (aka authorities) most likely had a reason to check his phone, he just happened to be in Mexico when they got him. I also kind of wonder if he knew Feds were after him and he went to Mexico to escape? Or if he was an illegal and went back to Mexico so he wouldn’t be forcefully deported? Because nothing in the states moves quick except for the IRS if you owe them money. The Hamburger Abendblatt said that Shahriar J. lived in the 2nd floor of his parents' villa in Claudiusstraße in Marienthal (Wandsbek district). WDR shows the outside of his house which matches Claudiusstraße 45, 22041 Hamburg, Germany.


Looking at business records, a company named Mehr & Mehr GmbH was registered in that address which is owned by two Iranians, one of them named Hamid-Reza Jamali Rad.



Hamid-Reza Jamali Rad is listed as managing director of a company called Sanymex GmbH, which claims to deal in trading 'both new and used medical equipment like X-ray machines and laboratory analyzers' from the Middle East. This fits Stern claiming that his father became wealthy from 'trading in medical technology'.

I think he looks fairly similar to the known photo of 'White Tiger'.

Also, apparently he isn't doing well in prison.

Sex offenders are (depending on the crime) usually monitored on the internet anyway, at least in the United States. It’s similar in Germany, except the registry isn’t public. But back to the point, the justice system in the U.S. is greatly flawed. Sure, sometimes crimes get stopped in time but it’s not often these 764 guys are caught before they extort children. Just recently, a 14-year old boy involved with 764 was arrested before he planned to bomb and shoot up a mall. The thing about extortion is: a crime hasn’t actually happened until someone is extorted. Unlike thinking about bombing or shooting up a place, thinking about getting CSAM from children and blackmailing them with it isn’t actually a crime. Sure, it’s fucked up, but the Feds can’t charge someone on planning to extort like they can charge someone on planning mass violence.

I think that to truly put things like this to an end, parents have to start monitoring their children’s devices more. Which unfortunately won’t happen because most victims are neglected anyway. Another thing that the Feds are trying to end this epidemic is giving predators super long sentences, which also won’t work cause they like being sick fucks and goon about the thought of other comtards seeing them get fedded. It’s like how that Kyle Spitze guy talked about wanting to get 3,000 victims before he got fedded. I mean, the nigger was planning it! He knew it would eventually happen. They all do. But they don’t care.

I’d like to point out something else though. The app that com primarily uses is Telegram. Telegram has little to no moderation, and they rarely cooperate with Feds. I understand people use Telegram who aren’t comfags, because the app allows much more free speech than any other social platform. But the free speech and not giving up much to Feds is the whole issue. Some of these predators will never be caught, solely because Telegram basically protects them. As much as I’d hate to see a place like Telegram change its policies because of a lot of bad apples, it’s going to be one of the only ways this will ever end.

Just think about it: Telegram changes its policies, possibly preventing HUNDREDS of other abuse cases, or it stays the same. Things keep going on. More children are harmed. More comniggers get away with heinous crimes. It’s one or the other.
