An article recently released with new details of White Tigers victim
The victim referred to as “Tim” (pictured below)
the thirteen year old victim was transgender (ftm) and had a lengthy history of mental health issues, the parents claim that their child was found by his groomers in a art related discord server, other articles claim that WhiteTiger had no direct contact with the child and that the coercion was done by Somone else closer to the victims age with whitetiger assisting them in the shadows, most likely this unnamed individual was an orbiter of white tiger and facilitated this suicide through coercion to get in good standings with white tiger, it’s possible that they could’ve been a member of 764 themselves that has managed to downplay their involvement to law enforcement as we’ve seen done by people like “fmlk”, we most likely won’t know until more details on the case are released, interestingly this article makes no direct mention of this second person mentioned by almost every other article which I find odd.
Also here’s a New picture of white tiger from the article, he genuinely might take the award for the ugliest com arrest

Also this is kinda unrelated to 764 but the man in this photo is Alexander Gapeev, he was a member of “Russian killing force” aka “39RUS”, the screenshot is from the video belowimage.
In this video Gapeev and his accomplice who was under the age of 16 film themselves killing a 37 year old homeless man in an abandoned building in the city of Bagrationovsk on 10-11, 2009, Gapeev was arrested shortly after and found guilty under paragraph "l" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - murder committed on the grounds of “ideological hatred, and motivated by hatred against any social groups”. He was sentenced to 13 years in a hard labour camp where he ultimately died. While this video/case is rather obscure I’ve been seeing a massive uptick in people praising/idolizing these older maniac groups and it really helps put into perspective how long groups like this have been an issue in Russia and Ukraine, I’ve been archiving releases from groups such as Format18, sparrows crew, and NS/WP since the early 2010s and these three groups combined have released 1000s of videos showing beatings, stabbings, murders, arsons, vandalism etc yet have received very little to no media coverage which I find interesting considering how much inspiration is being drawn from these groups by these new gen Nazi larpers and extorters.

I've been mistaken -- it is Shahriar Javan. According to the MoPo his father's name is Gholamreza J. -- which fits a guy called Gholamreza Javan who registered a company at that address. It's weird that you can pack that many Iranians into one villa but whatever. Apparently Shahriar Javan took part in a photo exhibit for his school, which fits what's known about White Tiger.
Apparently the kid's "real name" was Piper Jay T., Shahriar's arrest warrant is 34 pages long and detailed 122 crimes.

I've seen quite a few of their videos, and it always struck me as really odd how these people act. I think this is just the reality of what happens when National Socialism is banned. Sort of the same reason why in the West now terrorism is becoming a big thing for National Socialists now that they have no way of democratically campaigning. I don't really understand why they have such a hatred of homeless people though, nor why they want a National Socialist Russia, considering the fact that Russia's foundation was built upon a multicultural empire. These people deserve a thread in their own right.

Two fold purpose.
1. 8/10 view the homeless as a problem, thus bad/evil
2. Killers usually don't go after people who can fight back, because that would challenge their control.

Local Russian authorities are willing to overlook homeless people getting killed as they see them as living trash. MKY was lighting homeless people on fire and the cops there only started to care when shop owners and other citizens were getting mugged/attacked by them. Which is why most video comps made by MKY use a ton of other groups videos (NS/WP, Sparrows Crew, etc) as those groups went out and attacked immigrants who owned businesses and race traitors, while MKY was more focused on getting cheap kills for thrills.
