I doubt it, I feel like they would have made it very clear that the guide was called "Sextortion Guide" and if he ran that website. I think he made a guide (possible based around this one) and named it "Grooming/Manipulation Egirls Guide". Ill look around telegram and see if "Grooming/Manipulation Egirls Guide" is still floating around.

Another comfag mentioned later in the article was the "leader" of the group. Thomas Govan of Poulters Lane, Worthingwas was handed a 20 year sentence back in November, 2024. Govan couldn't keep it in his pants and broke the 4th wall to create csam with his 13 year old online victim on multiple occasions.

Side note: I find it interesting when I come across these articles because they're the ones that, for some reason, don't get a lot of media attention and we don't find out about them until much later. It is however nice to see them calling out Telegram in the articles instead of just "encrypted chat application."

Usually have some instance of the hail meth. Hail meth was a joke made up by people on Telegram, might say around 2018. Called Rape Waffen. Basically was making fun of siege types by saying batshit and saying things. And the solution to everything was sexual assault. It's funny that these people adopted things that were clearly jokes as their actual esthetic, showing why you shouldn't do Meth.
