The financial rewards from a criminal case against the users isn't likely to be much more rewarding than a civil case against Lolcow LLC: you're unlikely to suss out any individual legal person from this harassment case while both Lolcow LLC and Null are already known to you and comparatively easy to sue. Null has clearly indicated that he does not intend to take down any of these images, whether to comply with personality right statutes or copyright statutes because he doesn't believe they apply, so you already have standing.
