I realize that Tom is... exceptional, but posting this for public consumption. Why? All it does is confirm he's trashed that apartment and lives in squalor. Hes handed grounds for eviction to the landlord on a silver platter. It's a new level of exceptional one rarely encounters

True story: Tom is such a dumb mother fucker, they were dropping off materials, dropped off some gold rocks for landscaping in the driveway, and tom lost his shit saying someone dumped a bunch of gold in his lot and he stole it. He even tried selling it on ebay.
All the while he was harassing the people working on the property. He even made a video about it.
Tom was sued by them because he didn't pay rent. The case was dispissed because Pongratz was the new owner and Pelican was the old owner, so the new owner couldn't sue for back rent. He did get evicted and now lives in another shithovel.

he is in a new place now. he used to be at 64 n euclid, now he is at 160 e 21st st. whereas before he lived in an okay area in the ironhorse district, he is living in the literal barrio. which is why he got jacked up by some senior nigger dope slinger last week.

He's been having a mouse/rat and cockroach problem for a year. The cockroach problem at Tom's place was so bad at one point, they were literally falling from the ceiling onto his head while he did livestreams. It was so bad they would fall into that huge ass mug he drinks from (dubbed the "chalice of fail"). Cockroaches seem to follow Tom around everywhere. When he was down on Euclid he made the video below. Please watch. It is short and bizarre.
