I'm just glad that he couldn't bear to crop out the bottom fourth of his medallion to make his icon the same size as all the others in the grid to actually make it line up
 
I like how he has to give himself that little extra bit of space for the medallion, resulting in the avatars underneath him being shunted down and out of line with everything else.

Quality workmanship.
