Actually with a bit of research (and by research I mean just noticing it on the Doopie article) it seems he does know about Shima but for some reason he decided to not portray/show her.

Though I am surprised Chris knows what a night elf looks like.

Chris has a problem: He lives in a world that he has very little power over. He is well aware of what reality is, and that reality says that Chris is unimpressive and unimportant, or at least not as important to the world as he wishes he was. He tries to fix this with fantasy. In the creative sense, he pictures himself as the king of CWCville, beloved ruler, more powerful than any of his characters, etc. In real life, he sees himself as strong, trim, handsome/pretty, and a specimen of irresistible, smouldering sexiness. However, all of this is easily undone with little more than a few moment's observation of the world around him, as the ladies pass him by without a second glance, or with a few words gently informing or reminding Chris of what's actually happening.

This crushes Chris, his elaborate, comforting power fantasies being undone by such simple methods. Not only does he feel sad, but he likely feels powerless as well, because, after all, he is powerless, at least when it comes to shaping how others see him. That is the reality that he is trying to escape, that no one sees him as he wants to be seen, and thus, no one is going to put him on a pedestal and take care of him. When his fantasies are destroyed or even just attacked, Chris does the only thing he knows how to do to combat reality: He lies to the people attacking him. He wants to convince the attacker that things are going the way Chris wants them to.

But even then, there's a problem: Chris is a horrible liar. When he lies, he's doing so to protect his own fragile ego. He seems not to have understood that the benefit of the lie is meant to go to the one being lied to; it's the other party to whom the lie needs to be tailored. For that dumb whopper above to have any hint of credibility, Chris should have said, "I've already started the transitioning process and have had my testicles removed... mm. Yeah."

A lie? Oh, yes, without question - but one that cannot be verified until the next nude leak, if that were even ever to happen again. Instead, he states the impossible, because, again, the benefit of the lie isn't supposed to be for him, but he's so desperate to comfort himself in light of this current onslaught of trolls, he doesn't realize that.

Chris knows that this whole trans thing is BS, but he'd never have to face that as long as everyone believed it. No one is. Now he's struggling to keep the lie alive.

I think the other thing with Chris is that his lies are totally impulsive. He's not trying to weave some intricate web of deception, he just comes up with some lie to make him look good NOW NOW NOW, regardless of plausibility. Someone draws attention to the fact that he's a man, he immediately replies saying that he's got female reproductive organs.

Also relevant is that I don't think he realises that other people don't believe in all that magic crap.

This Doopie situation really has blew his mind. Years of reminding himself that the worst thing you can do is reply to trolls has suddenly gone out the window when he feels like they've denied him his chances with an attractive voice actress. It's beautiful.

It's not even that he feels they've denied him those chances, it's that he fucked up, then flailed around looking for someone else to blame and alighted on the trolls. In his reality-bending way, he's trying to basically make it so by convincing himself. As with all his bizarre conspiracies.

Sometimes I wonder how deep the delusion goes, like if someone said "Chris you are so fat I bet you can't even swim to Florida" will he go do it and drown? He did zero pull ups at the jungle gym thinking he could do a few.

Well, there you'd be running into his laziness, which is perhaps his dominant personality trait. He wouldn't do it, but you might get a video of a crude sign saying "WELCOME TO FLORIDA" taped to 14BC while he claims to have just finished his swim.
 
I wonder if the third eye is an attempt to establish some sort of psychic connection and brainwash whoever watches it, much like this old video

Yes. Chris believes he's growing female sex organs. When he feels around... down there, he feels the normal male structures, but anything he can't identify (so anything but testicles), he assumes are his female sex parts growing in.

He thinks he felt his clitoris growing in, for example. (Which makes no sense for anyone who knows how the genitals develop.)

These are actually pretty decent trolling attempts, all things considered. Hopefully Chris reacts to them.

Like, the other ones, where people are harassing Chris directly are pretty funny, but it's what Chris is explicitly asking for. He's not getting that butthurt about those ones. That's already part of his plan, to be the glorious martyr for his haram of galpals.

But attacking Doopie anyway? That's legit going to piss Chris off and it's not even weening if it works.

Unfortunately, Doopie set Chris off by refunding his patreon money. She's Chris' Princess Peach now and there's nothing she can do about it anymore.

Most people would get surprised by not being able to do pushups, or by only being able to do a few. They're just not dumb enough to upload the failure video regardless.
