Tom is an idiot, and one of the things that he enjoys doing when he is feeling lonely and wants attention is to threaten people with lawsuits and legal action from third parties. Right now, Our Little Hobo is feeling especially lonely. He took ultra-embarrassing pictures of himself over at Viewbug as "bait" to get da twolls to "steal his media" so that Viewbug will harass them for him. He knows this won't happen, but being a dirtgoblin locked up in a shithovel for months means any human contact, no matter how embarrassing, is enough. Here is tom on Facebook introducing his gambit.
