Phil has been hit twice by the DMCA faggot. Amazing how the DMCA can be abused on social media.

Phil saying he is gonna band together with other content creators to sue Twitter if they keep allowing these DMCA takedowns to happen to him.

Good luck there Mr. Bankrupt.
Yo this shit has me howling right now lmao. Not only did he state he doesn’t care, but then immediately follows it up with I’m threatening to sue....and he’s gonna do it with other content creators hahahaha. This dude loves speaking for other people and putting words in other people’s mouths. Who’s he teaming up with? Detractors.....although I’m pretty sure quartering was lurking around somewhere the other day kissing ass over this shit....the dream(gout) team is back together!

To be fair throwing a big shitfit is the only actual way to get Twitter's attention.
to pull off a big heist you gotta take a small hit
in the case of twitter its throwing a hissy fit but if it means the system gets ever so slightly better, so be it

The DMCA/copyright systems these social media platforms use is fucking atrocious, this kinda stuff has been happening for years and years. You'd think a better system would be in place by now.
Unfortunately this is the better system already, just not for the users. It allows these mega tech corps to get their legal immunity under the DMCA without having to put in any effort. I believe Null has stated before that DMCA was intended to be lawyers making the claims. A legal professional wouldn't be so likely to risk perjury to abuse the process, normal people can abuse the process and nothing will happen to them.

Recipients have to take claimmants at their word to keep their blanket protection so the risk in DMCA is really only on the website operator.

By design of the law sites tend to take the easiest way out to ensure they get the protection, they act on any claim because not doing so opens them to legal risk. There really isn't anything to gain by "fixing" their process if the law itself isn't fixed.

Also if these big sites fixed their processes to reduce abuse of DMCA then it would no longer be a viable as a tool to suppress their ideological opponents. None of this is an accident.

One of the flaggers is called Alexanderjapankid, he goes under the name DominicManletVI on Kiwifarms he's obsessed with flagging and reporting MRBTFO/Britbongs content down and now him and Superhound are targeting random people for attention.

I mean he's even using Britbongs IRL name on Kiwifarms and Twitter, one was also exposed as a pedophile.

See: https://www.bitchute.com/video/3Ht8nxlNxcUu/

He has been aggressivly trying to flag and purge anything connected to him, he's an aussie nonce.
He was also demanding people unfollow Mrbtfo or face the consequences.

They also use various sockpuppets to try and blame various people for the flagging to get the heat off them, both their alts here.

Imagine being this much of a fucking nobhead unironically. There's childish trolling and then there's thinking you're a genius because you found a shitty way to trick a deeply flawed system.

Hope this lad fucks off, pronto - he's about as amusing as cock-rot.

I don't think dave realises how stupid his idea of a lawsuit is

you can't sue someone for complying with a dmca takedown notice

sadly the only thing he'll take-away from this situation, is thinking he had some sort of impact on copyright law

This is a rare (but not unprecedented) time in which I side with DSP regarding something.
It's utterly asinine that this system can be abused, and it's absurd that DSP is getting DMCA'd for... being himself.

The thing about it, just like with every single other time I tend to agree with him, he is also just flat out wrong at the same time. He's right about DMCA abuse being stupid. He's right about Twitter needing some better measures to verify these claims (though I understand the position they are in). He's completely off-base thinking that a lawsuit is the way to go about this. It's absolutely retarded.
I would list a few other examples, but I don't want to clog the thread with self-masturbatory validation baiting. I'm sure anyone who has followed Phil for any amount of time has agreed with something he has said then just... abruptly disagreed as he started to elaborate or expand on his opinion.

This is every single time DSP makes a good point or says something remotely reasonable - he always finds a way to be completely wrong while also being absolutely right.
