Economic liberalism refers to economic systems involving market economies and private property rights. "Neoliberalism" is a term used to describe the move away from Keynesian economics and resurgence of laissez-faire policies (at least among Western states) in the last quarter of the 20th century. It is indeed traditionally considered "right-wing" by pretty much any measure on an economic axis.

There's no contradiction here; you just have a misconception about what "liberalism" means because the term "liberal" has been misused to the point of confusion. A "classical liberal" is far closer to a libertarian than those commonly described as "liberals" nowadays.

Paints me out as being a bit more left-leaning than I think I am, but meh. Might be down to it having more of a US-centric intenal bias - US politics is generally a bit more right-leaning than UK politics, and it effectively shifts the whole spectrum across a bit.
 
I'm having an issue with the vagueness of some of these questions. "Research should be conducted on an international scale." What kind of research? "Even when protesting an authoritarian government, violence is not acceptable." Like, actually authoritarian, or what the people perceive as authoritarian? I might be expecting too much from this test, honestly:

It's been said, but it is hilarious to me that the majority of these scores are dead middle of the road.
We've been accused by various groups of being either a pack of blue pilled ultra cuck libtards, or a fascist organization of racist, misogynistic, war-mongering alt-right sociopaths.
But the scores taken as a whole show an almost perfectly normal variance. It's just regular fuckers, mostly pretty centrist, with some very slight variations issue to issue.
Joke posts notwithstanding, it looks like we're the most politically boring people on earth.

This seems about right. I am strongly pro-capitalism and against restrictions on the free market, am isolationist but want a strong military to protect us, believe people should be free to do just about whatever they want as long as they're not violating others' rights, and maintain a healthy balance between tradition and progress.

The number of progressive and very progressive ratings on the societal axis surprise me a bit. But hey, those who like laughing at 'tards on the internet can still be progressive.

IRL I know several progressives who are involved in Amnesty International, feminist organizations, LGBT groups, etc, who are privately possibly even more appalled by SJWs than the alt-right, by virtue of the fact that SJWs are actually ruining their communities and organizations and undermining them and making them look ridiculous, and they are finding that they can't even openly push back against those people without diminishing their own standing. Some are quite candid with my privately but are unable to talk about it in the context of the public work they are doing.

It wouldn't surprise me if some such people came here to vent and try to keep balanced when they find themselves surrounded by SJWs in other contexts.

This test was complete bullshit. I had to answer "Neutral" for almost half the questions because they were vague. I don't think they were intentionally vague either. The creators of the test were simply too stupid to ask the questions they wanted answered. Like Pointless above said, "All research or what?" They lump in all humans, all sexes, all genders, all cultures and probably all fucking squirrels and ask, "Should all of these be respected equally?" Well, fucking no. Fuck the squirrels and fuck hippie culture.

I mean, I knew what they were trying to ask and what I should have answered, but fuck that. Fix your shit, 8values.
