A commercial that has been burned into your memory

What was that one about the kids' parents leave, the kids go apeshit, then the parents come home and the kids have to clean up real quick.
The punchline is the mom advising the kids to get the pizza off the celling.

Might have been for paper towel?

I wasn't thinking about it until today, but for anyone curious to know what was the first Butterfinger commercial to feature The Simpsons, here you go!

IT'S NEAT-O!

This commercial used to scare me as a child. I had completely forgotten about it until some asshole on Youtube featured it in his video.

Any Indy-area Farmers also remember the Watson's Girl? This was a fixture of Indianapolis TV in the late 90's and early 2000's. I'd remember seeing her all the time tuning into The Simpsons reruns on the local FOX station.

I wasn't sure if these dog treats were still being made and discovered these commercials that I still remember from their first run:

Original Snausages

And with more flavors!

And we can't forget Snausages... in a blanket

I remember this, fondly! I think it got replaced by the annoying Beggin' Strip dog these days.

I'm not sure if Snausages are being sold in stores any more, but the same web search that produced these ads shows a few flavors still being sold on chewy.com. There's also a site, snausages.com (archive), that includes a link to a Snausages Facebook page.

Well, glad to know. I just hadn't thought of them in a long time, apparently not big enough to advertise on TV again. There's a lot of brands you don't see on TV much anymore I've noticed.

What if you can't actually find the ones burned into you?

Does that mean they only exist now inside me?
It's basically like Fahrenheit 451 but instead of classic literature it's thirty seconds jingles for plastic crap.

Growing up in the early 80's, I used to see ads for this brand of panty hose that left quite an impression on me...
