A Declaration of Independence From Trump’s Fascist America

In Washington D.C., On This July 4th, 2025

IN THE NAME OF HUMANITY,
WE DECLARE OUR INDEPENDENCE FROM TRUMP’S FASCIST AMERICA

Whenever
any fascist regime of government becomes destructive to the future of humanity and the planet, it is the Responsibility of the People to drive it from power through nonviolent protest day after day until the regime is removed from power.

Donald Trump must go NOW because he and his regime are fascist. Fascism is a radically reactionary qualitative change in how society is governed. Fascism foments and relies on xenophobic nationalism, virulent racism, misogyny, and the aggressive re-institution of oppressive “traditional values.” Fascist mobs and threats of violence are unleashed to build the movement and consolidate power. What is crucial to understand is that once in power fascism essentially eliminates traditional democratic rights.

The history of the Trump fascist regime is a history of repeated injuries, usurpations, and violence in the service of consolidating a fascist tyranny—assaulting truth, rule of law, the separation of powers and of church and state—while accelerating the climate catastrophe, endangering public health, and raising the risks of global war.

Let the facts be submitted.

To establish the rule of virulent white supremacy:

Trump has: re-exalted the slaveowners’ Confederacy; renamed U.S. military bases after Confederate “war heroes”; purged Black generals and racial diversity programs from the military; appointed white supremacists to key positions; racially whitewashed government websites and offices; made comments animalizing Black Haitian immigrants; removed Dr. Martin Luther King’ Jr.’s bust from the Oval Office; suggested that the nation’s first Black president face a “military tribunal”; assaulted the teaching and study of Black and Native American history; granted refugee status to white South African heirs of racist apartheid on the false claim that they are victims of “white genocide”; repeatedly spewed racist lies about people of color being unskilled and unqualified; and created a Supreme Court that ended anti-racist affirmative action in college admissions.

To cement the subjugation of women and erasure of LGBT people:

Trump has: bragged about being “the guy who ended” women’s fundamental right to abortion after his Supreme Court appointees reimposed the female enslavement of forced motherhood; repealed a government rule that requires medical providers to perform abortions required to save a pregnant woman’s life; threatened to use the archaic, 150-year-old Comstock Act to ban abortion in every state, with no exceptions; banned transgender care for minors; banned use of gender identity pronouns; stated that the gender identity on passports must match gender identity on birth certificates; and removed transgender service members from the military, making the false and dangerous claim that transgender troops cannot meet the military’s “high standards.”

To demonize whole peoples and threaten the world with “America First” xenophobia and imperialist aggression:

Trump has: unleashed militarized gendarmes to terrorize predominantly Latino immigrants with mass racially profiled kidnapping operations reminiscent of 1850s Fugitive Slave hunts from coast to coast; opened churches, schools, and immigration courts to his ferocious pursuit of brown-skinned immigrant bodies; attacked by executive fiat the core constitutional right of birthright citizenship, rendering stateless the children of undocumented immigrants born in this country; disappeared immigrants to torture prisons in El Salvador, with a green light from the Supreme Court to “deport” migrants to any third country or distant concentration camp; ordered the single largest de-legalization of human beings in U.S. history, stripping half a million Haitians, Cubans, and Venezuelans of their protected status overnight; illegally bombed Iran while threatening more “tragedy” to come; vowed to seize Greenland, threatened to annex Canada, deepened U.S. support for genocide in Gaza; and invoked “Manifest Destiny”, the 19th-century notion that America is divinely ordained to control all of North America.

And to establish a blatant dictatorship in which there is no rule of law and Trump is the law; where there is no due process, rights for the people, or recourse to redress the injustices of the regime; and political enemies are arrested, threatened, and suppressed:

Trump has: claimed that his reelection and second horrific administration are “God’s will” and refused to say whether he must honor the U.S. Constitution; waged a relentless war on truth, feeding his hate-filled base with one wild fascist lie after another; issued a barrage of illegal and unconstitutional executive orders; commanded the National Guard and the U.S. Marines to repress public protests of his mass deportation raids in Los Angeles, and threatened to arrest the governor of California and mayor of Los Angeles for voicing their opposition; made the Department of Justice a tool of retribution against his political enemies; blackmailed, bullied, and attacked the independence and integrity of leading law firms, universities, media corporations, and nonprofit organizations; defied federal court rulings; smeared and called for the impeachment of judges who rule against him; purged the military of leaders who might oppose his fascist moves; violated international law and the War Powers Act; and staged a military parade to announce the birth of a 21st-century fascist army loyal not to the rule of law, but to Trump personally.

A harsh historical truth made evident at great human cost in the previous century is that it is devastatingly difficult to dislodge fascists from power once they consolidate rule over state and society, as in Nazi Germany in the 1930s and in Chile under Pinochet in the 1970s. If they are not separated from authority prior to the cementing of their reign, it can become too late.

No matter how they attain power, fascist rule is never legitimate. The responsibility to expel fascists from power is particularly urgent when fascism threatens to consolidate control atop history’s most powerful nation in a time of deepening global climate catastrophe and a world full of ever more lethal nuclear weapons.

Refuse Fascism, appealing to all who care about justice and decency, declares: IN THE NAME OF HUMANITY, WE REFUSE TO ACCEPT A FASCIST AMERICA. TRUMP MUST GO NOW!

Nobody’s paying $5 million for a ‘golden ticket’ to China or North Korea, but they are for a ‘golden ticket’ to the racist, fascist, white supremacist USA. Really tickles the brain.

Unironically, classical (Italian) Fascism is a form of Socialism, so I’m not sure why Socialists keep saying it’s a bad thing. They both have an authoritarian state, governmental control of culture and the markets, a ‘cult of personality’ for their leaders, expansionist aims outside their borders, militarization, etc.
They’re competing for the same ground/base.

Because then they would have to admit its just a more reasonable form of communism (but its still communism and therefore still retarded and always ends in authoritarianism). The only real differences between "proper" communism and Fascism is
1. the classes all "cooperate" together to bring about an "equal" class utopia instead of everyone becoming part of the worker class
2. instead of a one world government under the worker class its a one world "equal" alliance of governments ruled by the "shared cooperative class".

It was born from the ashes of WW1 when it became clear to a sizable portion of commies/socialists that you can't just overcome cultural or class boundaries by abolishing them. So they chose these more reasonable positions (which again are still inherently communist and will always lead to authoritarianism).

The reasons Commies hate Fascists (and vice versa) so vehemently is the same reasons Catholics hated Protestants during the wars of religion. Heretics are worse than heathens because they are close to home, hard to identify, and challenge the fundamentals of your faith in ways that can't just be brushed aside.
Basically:

you're a leftist right.webp

I don’t want to defend these retards but you glossed over the word “reactionary.”
Socialism, anarchism, and communism all sprang out of marxism. A very clear reaction to the industrial revolution, and burgeoning capitalism. The fact that all forms of marxism take hardline stances against capitalism, monarchism, liberalism, and religion makes it an inherently reactionary ideology. Of course, an modern ideology will inevitably take a position against previous ideologies/forms of social relation, however marxists have never been honest about this fact. Labeling someone a reactionary is a worthless attempt at slander. Especially when most "reactionaries" are up-holders of already established things like religion, like monarchy, like private property, like liberalism, etc... Reactionary is another word game played by people who really have nothing but word games at the end of the day.

Wow, so deep, just like every other July 4th article the academic/journalism complex just CTRL+V'd from last year, and the year before that, and before that, and....

Read up on the "Revolutionary Communist Party". It was founded by a guy named Rob Azakian (or Avakian, I've seen both spellings) way way fucking way back in the late 60s during the Vietnam shitshow and the groundswell of support by middle class White kids of WW2 heroes for Communism.

Yes, the USSR was happily involved, and since the Communist Party USA was a wreck filled with FBI agents informing on each other the Russians needed new standard bearers. So we wound up with a half dozen or so New Left revolutionary groups such as RCP, Spartacists, International Socialists, and Students For A Democratic Society. By the mid 70s American New Communism had pretty much run its course without resulting in the overthrow of the US govt, much to the KGB's (and their bosses') disappointment. The groups that survived evolved into personality cults.

By the mid 2000s Azakian was trying to stop the complete implosion of the RCP and of his meal ticket-he likely was very old and weak and had never known what it was like to actually work for a living. He came up with "The World Can't Wait! Drive Out The Bush Regime!" which had some kooky marches in San Francisco. Eventually, that evolved into Refuse Fascism ("In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America!").ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) and Poor People's Campaign were other spinoffs of other groups resulting from the GWB era.

The problem is, if you beg for something long enough you will eventually get it. Now we have Marines on the streets of Los Angeles and all the screaming from the Far Left is met with "lol, scream harder about that phantom wolf you twats". So we now have a bunch of 60s hippies suffering drug induced brain rot and their gullible grandkids up against Orange Mussolini.

There is no humanity, only the interests of organized groups. They have chosen sides, so should each and every one of you.

What is Fascism anyway? I have yet to see any of these articles explain it.

The V for Vendetta novel, for as pozzed as the author is, had a way firmer grasp on Fascism than the droves of self-proclaimed political experts. Their modus operandi is regurgitating "evil" words without meaning and expecting you to not ask questions.

Its just a word they use. They don't know what it means. Originally the hate of fascism was a hate of orthodox internationalist marxist socialists......for socialists that compromised with the nation-state and any other loyality (religion, race, nation) other than to Marxist Socialism.

But after the fall of Nazi Germany, the definition changed. It expanded to cover all conservatives and anyone who resisted what was seen as the gradual, inevitable re-shaping of society along socialist lines. It became a code-word for anyone who opposed or even resisted international socialism.

But today with Trump its just become a word they use for anything that hinders or opposes the liberal political agenda.

That is as far as the author goes to define it and its nonsense. What the author is upset about is the attacks on the institutional power of the democratic party and its sub-tribes organized around identity politics. Rather than opposing racism or sexism, these "anti-fascist" people believe that organizing people by race and sex is the ONLY proper way to organize a society. That love of race or gender or sexual preference is a higher loyalty than nation.

The "fascist mobs and threats of violence" honestly don't exist on the right. This is a fantasy out of the 1920s. But the threats of mob violence are a proud open characteristic of the modern political left.

As far as "traditional DEMOCRATIC rights", the word says it all. Its just like "liberal democracy", "democratic norms" or any number of other words they use. "Democratic rights" are not human rights. They are in truth a reactionary concept where the left sees itself as entitled to a political status quo forever that they created. To them USAID is a right, NASA climate change science is a right, open borders are a right and so on.

The big reason they are so ineffective politically in dealing with Trump is that they talk in a hysterical way and they don't really have a clear idea of why they are opposed to him. Before the 2024 election, they were literally promising death-camps and uniformed nazi troops in the streets. That didn't happen, but no matter how mind Trump's rule turns out to be, they continue to talk absolutely crazy.

The most ironic thing is that during their big protests last month, you didn't tend to see diversity or for the most part even the people whose name the protests were held in. What I saw were lots of well-off older white people and the usual unemployed young white protester class. They had the absurd look of people who were fighting for a revolution from above.

Those bases and their names have cultural and historical significance to the Army.

Bragg is synonymous with the Green Berets, Rangers, and 82nd Airborne. Benning is where the infantry schools are. Hood is home to the 1st Cavalry, and where you go to inhale black mold or get murdered.

Changing their names is like tearing down Fenway Park or Wrigley Field in favor of Consoom Product Ballpark. It was a blatant attempt at erasing history for the sake of the Eternal Present.

I used to think that, but it is pretty damn apparent at this point that the goal is not a perpetual present, but a "reimagined" history that is explicitly anti-white. Current year multicultural slop is legitimized if the critical mass of the populace accepts the premise that their society was always a current year multicultural slopscape.

Libtards have a Schrodinger's Cat idea of America. "Everything about America is based on white supremacy...except for all those times it changed the world for the better, then it is the ancestor of every Currrent Year Progressive."

Never mind that for most of its history, the Left hated blacks, Jews and fags. The New Left embraced them because they couldn't get America on board with Trotskyism, so they had to make it more palatable by reframing it as "oppressors vs. oppressed".

Eventually (and arguably by design), they started including undesirables into the fold of the "oppressed" as if they're marginalized for no good reason .

Fascism is a left-wing ideology much like communism and nazism. The hallmark of fascism is a pseudo-union between the corporations and the state, not to be confused with corporatism. In a fascist system the state is in charge.
Fascism is a Corporatist adaptation of Sorelianism to be precise, in particular its ideas of the revolutionary mythos and violence against what it considers to be "decadent democracy". That being said Nazism is something else entirely that was only partially inspired by Fascism and is much more capitalistic with a more Völkisch ethos, it just gets lumped together because it's the "bad guy" ideology, it's fair to say however that is is more right-wing than "classical Fascism".

The "Fascist Meme" (in the classical Dawkinian sense) that left-wingers like to use is primarily the result of Umberto Eco's woefully uninformed and ideological essay "Ur-Fascism", its a very "vibes-based" list which disregards actual Fascist policy in favour of vibes like "fear of difference" and "machismo", it's a fundamentally flawed work that only serves as a disservice to everyone.

Fuck you, you worthless Commie cocksucker. This is what the majority of America voted for. President Trump won not only the Electoral College, not only the popular vote, but also all seven swing states. Polling since he was sworn in has shown very good approval ratings for nearly everything he's done, ESPECIALLY when it comes to immigration/the border, LGBT issues, and being a strong leader. Not to mention that at this point in his second he is enjoying higher approval numbers than any other Republican president in my lifetime, including ol' Ronny Reagan.

Like it or not, the Overton Window is moving sharply to the Right. The past hundred years of "progressive" policies and Leftist politics have proven to be a disaster. People like you are losing your influence on Western culture. Right-wing populist candidates are gaining more and more support in Western nations. The younger generation are showing to be more Conservative/Right-wing than previous generations because they've grown up in nothing but the results of 100 years of "progressivism" and it has utterly let them down. Welcome to the sunset of the Progressive Era.
