How do you get permissions for the "dumb" rating? Without it I feel like a redditor downvoting a post whenever I negrate.

I like negrates. I wish I could get more Islamic Content. It seriously doesn't matter. It never amounts to anything.

I suggest 'semper fidelis' to have higher score than 'informative' as it is mostly used to rate posts that are highly informative and valuable to the community (Writing a well-written OP, phonebooking lolcows, pedophiles, & zoosadists, making high quality fanarts/parodies, etc). The score should be +5 rather than +2 IMO.
