like two more. but one is some loveshy who tries to be edgy by saying he fucked his dog and claims to be a pedo with master hacker skills (he is in month 2 of trying to hack the forums)

The worst we've got was a DDoS. In late 2014 there was a group who was angry we had more influence over a fictional character and they began to attack the cluster once every few days for weeks. I learned a lot in a very short amount of time.

But the current system evidently isn't working. People's information is getting leaked. Off-Topic should either be a safe-zone or shouldn't. If Off-Topic isn't going to be protected beyond a 20 positive ratings requirement, it might as well be made public.

It's never been a safe zone. It's a place where members can post things without getting spammed by random people who just saw the site for the first time. That's all. This sense that it is a protected area is something that users have come up with on their own, because it was never the intent.

If you want more safeguards against people seeing things you post, you're welcome to contribute for Supporters access so at least you know that everyone who sees it was willing to pay for the privilege. Or wait and post regularly until you get access to Inner Circle, where you know it's only members that have been around a while and posted regularly. Protection isn't guaranteed with either of those, either, because assholes also have money and just because someone is part of the community and posts a lot doesn't mean they're not a dick.

This is a forum that is dedicated to mocking people on the internet. A lot of people hate us, and it's justified. If someone seeing your photo is a big deal, just don't post it. Any more thorough dox you post just makes you a dumbass or someone who doesn't care about that sort of thing.
