Watch the movies back to back to see how unapologetic pipe-smoking, secretary ass-grabber transforms into getting rejected by fucking Moneypenny, who is now empowered and shit, also fucking M becoming a woman and ordering James around. JB is already fucking dead, has been since 90s, it's matter of just raising this fucking Frenkenstein once again.

This is just media baiting bullshit. They've already been in the process in casting the next Bond. This will be some tongue and cheek bullshit, that will have no carry-over to the next film..

The mistake was postponing that and giving Craig another movie.

I also agree that Bond has already been mordernized for the 'me too' era. What else are they going to show that hasn't been done before(in regards to women)?

If they wanted to do a black female spy in James Bond universe it would have been really easy without pissing off Bond fans and casual normies who don’t care about wokeness. Have the movie be about James Bond going missing and the strong independent black woman going to look for him. Traditionally Jamie-boy gets in horrible trouble in some point of the movies so having a movie that does that but from different point of view could be interesting and marketable. Just have more detective vibe where the lady spy trys following Bond footsteps and sees aftermaths of more traditional Bond moments like chase scenes and one night standa. Then closer to the end just have Bond and the lady spy team up to defeat the bad guy.

I want the leslie jones comedy jane bond. I know that shit would be hilarious. Just leslie jones freaking out when she's supposed to be an established super spy. At least you know you're not meant to take her seriously, unlike the usual woke crew slay queen types.

I know it's an unpopular opinion around here, but I think leslie jones is fucking funny as hell.

Like I said in the other thread, a black female Bond would work if they got somebody like a younger Grace Jones and they ditched the moralizing. With a woman like that who many men legitimately do find attractive, the promiscuous angles of Bond would be more believable, plus the idea of her kicking ass when the situation requires it would also work as well.

Something tells me they won't be going for that particular angle, though.

Yeah, that certainly is one thing that SJWs and puritanical Christians have in common. And that goes against everything the James Bond movies stand for - which is sensual wish fulfillment in the audience.

Edit - James Bond movies work because most of the men in the audience know they can never be James Bond. Not any man can just step into those shoes and be successful. This is one area where inclusivity hurts the franchise for that reason alone. Only the best and the sexiest can work in that role.
