I remember that in another thread on this forum someone posted a different list of made up genders and there was a negagender (heh heh) in there (it's not in the link posted by the OP though). I did a search for what it means, here is what I found:

posigender/negagender
A feeling that one’s gender is defined by or influenced by positive (posigender) or negative (negagender) symptoms of their schizophrenia.

Has anyone figured out exactly what Tumblr thinks "gender" means?
 
Hydrogender- A gender which shares qualities with water; i.e. currents, tides, etc.

Affectugender - A gender affected by mood swings.

Schrodigender-A gender which you can both feel and not feel.

Seriously, I wouldn't doubt that a-lot of these are real, but there's probably a-lot that nobody really uses.

In 1995, a space strategy game was released for DOS (and rereleased in 2011 for iOS) called Ascendancy. It was made by a small software company called The Logic Factory. In the game, one of the races is called the "Orfa," a species of quadrupedal rhino-like beings who can live in virtually any environment - and who have (only) 17 genders.

I used to think that was a lot.

Anyway, here's my favorite from the list so far:

I love how a great majority of these bullshit genders literally describe "indecisive faggot." Isn't a gender identity supposed to be the opposite of that?

I'm wallet-gendered. I feel a strange compulsion to wear leather and store money inside myself.
