Might be late and/or wrong, but I’m pretty sure his parents cut ties with him on a personal level around the time Nick had to get a restraining order on Aaron for threatening to kill Nick and his wife.
They could have rekindled since then of course since this was a few years ago, but it seems the Carter parents are grateful to have Nick and deal with Aaron as much as they have to.
They might pop up though after the maybe-baby is born to help take custody though.

His dad died 4 years ago and his mom is still around. He seems to get along well with her at this point in time.

He has a REALLY shady relationship with his mom (we talking thay still take naked baths together) but last thing he said was that she won't be there for the birth implying he cut ties with her again
Last time she was on live with him they just stood around bashing Nick. She's a straight up dopehead like him so I guess she's off to rehab again

Y'know, if Aaron Carter had his first child when he was in his 20s, that would be newsworthy. Having your first kid while you're well within your 30s, addicted to whatever fucking drug cocktails out there on the planet, and being a washed-up celebrity on top of that?
