The online shop has pinup style bunny girl stickers/nose art and shit. RIP weebs wallets. But I probably am gonna buy the nose art for the 'Cutie Bomb' retro pinup nose art. Fuck.
It is 300% a good thing. Its so fantastic. Fucking about with online now to see what up with that mode. Hopefully the battle pass is reasonable to progress in.
Edit: you can't change/resize emblem on your plane which is lame. Day one matchmaking issues aside (if someone backs out it kills the whole lobby) PvE was fun! Racing to shoot down waves of enemies to rack up points is all the fun of war thunder/etc without the annoyance of playing war thunder. The match broke when the timer hit 0 but its a good time. Not sure how much legs it'll have without seeing variety but yeah solid.
Coop warfare pvpve is surprisingly fun. Two teams blowing up each other's AI teammates while shooting down real players gives a larger points total. Basically Titanfall 2 in the sky.
The base you can walk around plays hype footage of jets and literally game footage clips of players going HAM on targets lol.
Did one of the Scramble events that came up, seems to be every half hour ish? 4 players against 8 really good AI aces. Got some extra blue prints and such. No idea what they're used doe but it was intense.
I'll see you soon in the Skies, gotta wait until the joker pack ships. God willing I'll avoid all the spoilers. I hope those that have the game enjoy it!
