It explicitly says he was taking psilocybin. At one point it claims he ate 70 grams. 3.5 grams is more than enough to make any normal person a pretty potent psychedelic experience to put it in perspective. He took 20x the normal dose. While repeatedly dosing diminishes the effects of psilocybin, 20x is a truly heroic dose, not even the most seasoned psychonauts would think 70g is a reasonable dose.

It's double confusing when her completely public and clearly designed to get media attention callout begins by announcing she didn't want her own child and only had it because she was "tricked" into it. Like why would you even put that in there as a mother when you have way more important and damning things. There's no way that kid is not going to see that when it grows up.

The MCN's were originally pretty bad, but then people started making groups. That's when shit really started getting bad because everyone thought they were celebrities. So far only the Boys and the guys who play with Neebs don't seem to have any issues. Then again, they're not Minecraft players. Both groups can say some fucked up shit on their videos and no one bats an eye.

He literally created 4 Minecraft groups only for all 4 of them to be failures at the end. It's kind of sad if you think about how he couldn't really manifest destiny because of his shitty behavior over the years. You reap what you sow I guess.

I could think of another group that is on the same bus, The Vanoss crew still does some fucked up jokes and they had their fair share of drama recently but they still manage to keep on going.

If I’m correct, I’m pretty sure Minecraft is the best selling game of all time, so... yeah, plenty of crazies playing it is just a matter of statistics to be brutal. Now, the crazies being the ones to become popular? That’s marginally more worrying, but a lot of these types are generally able to pretend they aren’t insane on camera, and most everyone they work with either doesn’t know either, are into it themselves, or just think no one is going to believe them. Sky being crazy never overly surprised me, since part of his ‘character’ was getting ‘comedically angry’ at shit like Minecraft squids... but this is another thing entirely, lol.

Shame that most of the forerunners of Minecraft content are washed up/a fraction of their former glory (The Yogscast and CaptainSparklez), absolutely insane (Sky And Bashur), or just not someone I can listen to in the background while I work for long periods of time, like Antvenom.

Really? I got that impression from CaptainSparkle and the Yogscast (their older vids anyway) for the simple fact that they weren't as loud as Sky was.

I think it all has to do with the viewers. I don't think the Boys or Neeb's crew has a lot of younger viewers. Neebs certainly doesn't, so it's harder for them to get canceled. Meanwhile you get these Minecraft groups getting canceled yearly. Vanoss crew has had issues and even saw Delirious get booted off of Twitter for a bit didn't he? I can only think of one Minecraft group that's still going that hasn't had issues would be the Hermitcraft crew, but that's probably because most of them were married or engaged when they started. The Creatures/ Cow Chop had tons of issues too but that's due to Dan and Kootra mostly and their BS politicing.
