It starts when you get famous and popular. You start believing you're the shit. You run everything around your niche, and everyone is cool with you. Once you start declining, the new replaces the old and you can't catch up with the trends, you start doing dumb shit to compensate your confidence level. You start feeling like shit so you go on to be a sex addict, a degenerate, a money-throwing faggot.
A huge ego that tells you that you can do no wrong because you have hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions of fans? The career of being a Youtuber itself requires attention to be on you at all times in order to maintain relevancy (and financial benefits) so maybe it has something to do with that?

There are exceptions, but behind all that e-fame they are no different from the average slob. They're successful at a job that doesn't require any serious labor from them, so I doubt a lot of them would be assed to make their living space presentable to an outside audience.
