Ya know I'd put my money on rowdy high schoolers. There's some Korean living in Japan that makes videos about crime stories and he talked about how some Japanese kid riding a bike rode past him and smacked him on the head. He didn't go to the police since he knew as a foreigner they wouldn't give a shit.
He does this because he faces no consequences for his actions. If people just unplugged the internet while he was mid stream, he'd think about it next time. If they did that and told him "This time, its just the internet and you can still play your games at 3 AM. Next time you make obnoxious noises and keep me up, it'll be the power and you'll have to sit there in the dark", I bet he wouldn't have the nerve to disagree.

Okay I will give you one quick example. I have been to some 3rd or 4th largest cities in some countres where I have seen many people like everywhere eating eggs,bolied fried... whatever you called the rest and surpisingly they have no idea what omlettes are or how to make them. You can basically make omletes and sell them for 500% of the ingrident prices and you will outsell really quickly. Now that is still a small scheme and it isn't 1000€ a week but just wanted to give you an example of how. But imagine now what else they don't know. Don't want to give you my scheme because I want 0 competition and you know if you have a way to make lots of money easy you should never tell anyone about it. But even then you have to be a type of person that wherever you go you immideatlly see around you ways to make money. Legal,illegal and everything in between doesn't concern you.
