Found the answer (hopefully still correct: certain length of time/post count), can delete thread if needed.

Probably (definitely) being a retard, but how can I add the line of text to my profile I see on people's banners?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask - couldn't find it in a search 'cos I'm not sure what the feature is called.
