Phil's claims of his parents racial backgrounds have changed to fit narrative and refuted by those who know him.

And LOL Phil can't speak a word of Spanish so I doubt anyone ever spoke it around him unless it was to hide something.

That's Phil's whole shtick, he claims to be a light skinned Latinx and says that his father is Puerto Rican. Someone looked up his family history on one of the old threads though and his dad's family were actually fairly recent Italian immigrants direct from Europe.
