This seems to be a recent fad among SJW and some feminists: that voluntary "sex work" must be distinguished from human trafficking. But then they have a very fairy-tale notion of "sex work" to begin with, not realizing that many women who started off "voluntarily" selling their bodies ended up working under very unhuman conditions and being under constant threats of violence and death.
