"ADF" / Philip Vincent Haskins-Delici / Isabel Rosa Araujo - The Original Troon Commie Cow

I can’t decide whether it’d be funnier if Phil is just playing pretend badass again and is faking gun ownership or if he actually owns a gun, thus breaking the law because he has been committed multiple times.

Also, I’m not a Yankee-doodle so I’m not sure, would Phil getting tardbux for being a huge autist qualify him as mentally deficient, ‘cause I know that prohibits you from owning a gun as well.

Phil will never own a firearm because he's too much of a consumerist to save his tard bux. Guns cost money, money that could go towards antifa merch to play Sooper soldier.

Phil has never been committed. He was placed on a 72hr psychological evaluation once when he was living in California. In most states that doesn't effect your right to own a firearm. Phil can't own a gun in California, but he is likely fine in Oregon since California state laws have no power in Oregon.

Gun spergs, what is this?

A pistol he borrowed from some other antifa poser. Or he took that shirt to their house and posed it. I'm leaning towards the latter.
I’d be inclined towards the latter. No gun owner would let Phil borrow a gun, the idiot would almost certainly wind up blowing his head off while picking his nose with the barrel.

That? That's a piece of shit SCCY. They're barely a step up from a Jennings or Lorcin. Cheap, junky little pocket pistols with short barrels and sight radius, and small frames so they're difficult to shoot accurately. Now I'll tell you what it isn't: proof that Phil owns a gun. It's probably the same one that Phil's Ain't-ifa butt-buddy has let him shoot a couple times at the range. Like others have said, Phil probably just took one of his Antifa poseur cosplay shirts with him to his friend's house and asked to take a photo of the pistol.

To add in, I highly doubt any reputable shop will sell to someone with a teardrop tattoo. That's just asking for some gangbanger to go on a rampage and have it be tied back to you. We all know Phil is too chicken shit to do anything, but that that tattoo screams criminal to anyone who sees it

It's the same crummy firearm he's taken pictures with at the range before.

Now me being a total autismo gun sperg, I'll spare my thoughts but I can't place the ammo the bullet itself looks to be plastic, If it's what I think it is, : http://collectibleammunition.com/category.php?cat=less-lethal
It's a pepper powder charge LTL stuff.

Phil borrows a gun with bullets that can't even kill you. That sounds as Phil as it gets. Or better yet the dumbass, who has the gun thinks a real firearm with LTL means you can just shoot people and not be in legal trouble or get return fire from some speer gold dots in 112gr. (real bullets)

Would you trust Phil with a gun with real rounds?

They're a new plastic/polymer jacketed round from Federal. Designed to be cheap practice ammo. I'll see if I can find a link to some.

Edit: its Federal Syntech. Phil has posted a couple times how "great" the ammo is, as if he knew anything other than sweet fuck-all about ammunition. https://www.federalpremium.com/products/handgun/syntech/american-eagle-syntech/ae9sj2

I wouldn't trust him with a spork

Now this makes it even funnier to me. Dirt cheap plinking ammo. That still comes with brass. This whole idea is a cluster fuck to sell to uneducated fire arms owners.

Exactly. It would be fine for casual target shooting and plinking, but I certainly wouldn't trust my life to garbage like that. And Phil's buddy has that mag loaded like they think it's self defense ammunition. The fucktard.

The hilarious thing is Federal sells some of this stuff as "competition" armo. That plastic shit is probably too soft and flexible to get a good seat against the rifling in the barrel to be accurate enough for competition shooting. Unless the competition is "jerk the trigger as fast as you can while not aiming. First one to empty their gun into the side of a berm without hitting anything even remotely close to resembling a target wins." In other words, the way Phil shoots.

Does it matter whether he owns the gun or not? We're supposed to be intimidated, goddamn it! It's a gun! Show fear!

I don't think Phil realises how telling - and embarrassing for him - his gun obsession is. Like Sasuke, or bikes, it's all autistic minutiae without the big picture. Owning a gun will do fuck all for Phil. People will still treat him like the re.tard grifter he is, and plenty more will still laugh at everything he does and says. Yet he believes it's the key to all happiness, or at least people being too scared to mock him in any way.

I hope he does get a gun, if only because I want to know what the next big thing after that will be that will make those dang Kiwi Farmers stop laughing at him. Being a vegan tattooed bike owning weeaboo commie anarchist who doesn't wipe his ass and poses with guns doesn't stop them. Now what?

Seems to be an SCCY CPX-2 loaded up with American Eagle Synthec rounds. Funnily enough, that kind of ammunition is designed for target practice rather than actual combat. The red polymer coating on the bullet reduces shattering, which makes them safer to use on steel targets, but decreases the lethality of the round.

The tragedy of thinking that synthetic ammo would defend you is this. Say for whatever reason you're pinned down and for whatever reason you feel you need to pull a gun and shoot someone.
You better hope it takes that person out cause if he doesn't drop just know you've escalated this to a life or death situation and the person you just shot but isn't incapacitated is going to try to kill you with every fiber of his being even with his bare hands need be in order to survive the ordeal like any human would do. If you pull a gun on someone you have to be ready to kill them even if that's the last thing you want to do.

This is how Internet antifa tough guys get killed.

SCCY are decent handguns, basically mid-range cost handguns. Not the best but not on the shit factor level of Hi-Points. Little unfair to compare them to Lorcins since Hi-Points will still shoot all day despite being cheap and ugly.

With that said, I highly doubt Phil owns it. And if he does, well congrats on exercising your Second Amendment rights.

The term under US federal law for a person banned for owning firearms for reasons of mental defect is "adjudicated as a mental defective". This is defined as:

(a) A determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that a person, as a result of marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease:
(1) Is a danger to himself or to others; or
(2) Lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his own affairs.
(b) The term shall include -
(1) A finding of insanity by a court in a criminal case; and
(2) Those persons found incompetent to stand trial or found not guilty by reason of lack of mental responsibility pursuant to articles 50a and 72b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. 850a, 876b.

The Social Security disability program determines whether an individual is able to engage in "substantial gainful activity", which isn't the same thing even when the inability to engage in substantial gainful activity is caused by mental issues. Certainly there are disabled, mentally ill Americans posting on Kiwi Farms who are lawful firearm owners. Phil in any case is not a danger to anyone, has not been found incompetent to manage his own affairs (which would have earned him a tard wrangler), has never even gone to court for anything despite his criminal posturing let alone been declared legally insane, and God knows he certainly has never been subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

I guess I'm more of a gun snob than you are, because I wouldn't consider SCCYs as "mid-range. GLOCK, Beretta, CZ, some SIGs, the HK VP pistols, Smith and Wesson...those are all what I'd consider "mid-range". Right now the "cheapest" handgun I own is a SIG P226 TacOps in 9mm, and that was around $1300 with tax and transfer fees.

Personally I think Phil is terrified of living alone once Slingblade moves out and that's why he's trying like hell to convince everyone that he owns that SCCY. That, and he's trying to convince idiots who don't give a fuck about him that he's a real adult and can own big boy things, like guns. Its pathetic either way. Phil's always been pathetic and always will be.

Phil is just the kind of tard who would end up terrified by utter bullshit he made up for attention about Kiwi Farmers beating down his door to rape him or whatever bullshit he's claiming now.

What he's really terrified about, though, is loneliness. He'll be alone with nothing but his own gimpy dim thoughts and the knowledge that he's completely worthless, nobody loves him, and nobody ever will. No gun will make that go away unless he deep throats it and pulls the trigger.

Perhaps the show is for the benefit of his next roommate, because he doesn't want to get exploited like that again. Of course, if he actually succeeded in looking dangerous, he'd find that no one wanted to room with him at all, but Phil has never been at all capable of evaluating the consequences of his tough guy posturing. I'm just curious about what sort of roommate he'll look for, given that he really wants someone who will pay their share of the rent this time, but he can't openly look for anyone remotely respectable and no one like that would want to live with him anyway.
