The final straw was when they started receiving death threats from other trannies over their support for Trump in the last election. It became a "no true Scotsman" type of deal, only with threats of stabbings and apartments being fire bombed.

They were pre-op, but they were taking hormone treatments. Going off the hormones was extremely difficult for them, and they spent months soul searching to decide if it was the right thing to do. It's not like they gave it up overnight on a whim. I wouldn’t call what they went through "easy", and the abuse they suffered is a major factor in my disgust with the trans community. Before that I was very supportive of transgendered people. This site and the threads proving just how toxic trannies can be also helped in opening my eyes.
