There’s a Czech Proverb I’ve spoken of before in other threads that roughly translates as “Some people are so rotten even the Devil doesn’t want them” and it always amuses me to think that’s why Phil has lasted as long as he has despite his myriad of health problems. I mean, it MIGHT be him since that photo was obviously taken far away from any kind of riot or protest. It's just some fat negro lady and an even fatter guy dressed in knock-off tactical gear with a cartoon devil decal over his face and they're all alone on some sidewalk. So I might be inclined to give Phil the benefit of the doubt. Now if there were protestors or riots going on in the background then we would know it's definitely NOT Phil since he's a-scared of stuff like that.
