Not sure. I joined early on as JC Denton and got called out by the clerk, but didn't have a mike attached so I couldn't explain I was just an observer and noped out. I just joined now and they're just calling everyone "Court observer." So if we didn't miss it it's still available.

Yeah, the Clerk asked me if I was here for anything specific and I said 'no, just an observer' and she was fine with it, so keeping this on in the background for now. I'd dearly love to catch all of Phil's appearance and consequences.

Yeah earlier on there were two of us in there as Anonymous and then the lady called us out and my mic turned on and I just froze but luckily whoever the other anon was spoke up to say we weren't in there for any particular case and she just accepted that. Lol I panicked for like 5 seconds. Thank you, other anon!

So apparently they've already decided to let him go (unsurprising), so unless he chimps out or something it's probably going to be a dull hearing. There's also a PSA report (Public Safety Assessment), so that's probably what they based the decision on.

They just called "page 10, line 1-3" I believe. Phil is "line 4" so he's probably next.

The spudster would hang up and leave the call as soon as his case is finished so I assume someone told him he has to stay on the line for something
