Yeah but today a smartphone is seen as being a necessity like air conditioning. People don't have it so they want it and granted cool air inside is a good thing when it's over 100 degrees outside.

Of course taking something to get off something is silly but, from what I hear, marijuana is good for that especially when trying to detox off of opioids. It doesn't take away all the pain and discomfort but it helps you to deal with some of the physical problems like body aches and inability to sleep. It's like when heroin addicts take methadone to get off of heroin. It gives them some of the high but it's supposedly easier to kick.

But this is meth we're talking about so... who knows?

Anybody who abuses stuff like that should feel like shit. Unless you're legit disabled and in chronic pain nobody needs mass quantities of drugs just to function in society. These assholes should talk to somebody who's suffering from something like trigeminal neuralgia which is as close to a 10 on the pain scale as you can get and and it feels like you're getting punched in the face with electric shocks and being burned at the same time. And yet people live with it because they have no choice.

The whole thing is very creepy. Clearly this person has left enough information online that his “crush” could identify themself if they looked at his Twitter. This man is apparently planning his life around his crush. Yet he’s also seemingly not planning to do anything about it. This is some high school shit from a grown man.

I wonder if maybe the situation is that IRL, he’s an obvious retard like Phil and people know about and tolerate this stuff for that reason.
