Phil would probably be the one who called the police in the first place because he’s afraid some “fascist” looked at him wrong or because a kiwi stalker coming for him or he got misgendered or something. Everyone knows Phil loves to talk tough online, but in reality, he’s going to be the first one to go crying to the police to save him.

There's a video out there of him essentially threatening somebody with jail because he knew some of the cops in the correctional institute.

In other words he's all, "fuck the police" when he's larping as the Antifa Super-Spud but would be the first to call the cops if somebody came at him.
