The thing is I do feel a tiny bit of sympathy for him in this case as I wouldn't wish what's happening to him on anybody, because everybody should have at least one place in the world they can go to and have some peace even if they are sitting alone in a mess surrounded by scribbles and Phil hasn't got that, but I'm willing to admit that I take a great deal of satisfaction in the fact that he's done this so many times to other people he's finally getting a piece of his own medicine.

Probably because Toren can kick Phil's ass (like most people could), plus there's weapons all over the house (Phil can get to those weapons too, but he's too fat and stupid to know how to use them properly).
Hell, I'd even give Chris a fair chance of being able to fuck Phil up, and we know what Chris is like.

In this culture of people on the fringe, who try to be so accepting of everybody, it's so tough to put somebody out on the street. Both Phil and Toren are MtF formerly homeless trans SJWs with a bunch of weird fetishes. If Phil put him out on the street Phil could face backlash from everybody else for evicting a poor oppressed trans woman. Asking for rent? Oppressive. Phil doesn't want to be seen as that. That's my guess.

ADF's squeaking before about having a trans-only commune/household thing really isn't working out for him... And I highly doubt Greta would be so kind as to direct him to their new "safehouse" where they give the address away right on the website.

Depends on Torrens current level of sobriety but he's mostly worried that Torren would lay down the pain, he's is already pretty verbally abusive towards him when he's got a skin full so him escilating it to physical violence isnt that much of a streach.

His renters insurance might be getting cancelled because he's not fucking paid it and the rent is behind by a fair bit, it's the only way he can purchase food and his other crap. Oh, and it's only been 11 days since he's been paid.
The more accurate answer is he's forgotten about it, I'm not joking when I say he has memory recall problems.
Other than the bike anything he has is not worth a bean, and even the bikes value has gone down because he's been "upgrading" it with stickers and those wheel lights rather than the stuff he's been asking for money for.
You'll notice with the begging he'll always ask for something to do with the bike but not get it a new sticker will show up or new lights etc as an excuse to why he's not riding it yet is and always will be "I need this for safety etc" that is until the
