Yeah, Phil isn't exactly the sort to inspire people to risk death in his defense. Or even mild inconvenience, for that matter. Besides, as a "transwoman", he's more useful as a dead martyr than a live headcase. It's certainly worthy of note that none of this "backup" is willing to post their willingness to be such. I wonder if they even know that that photo is being used to claim that they are willing to fight for a potato?

True, we do already have a couple of "Post your guns" threads on the site, I've always wanted to have one in the Phil sub-forum to make Phil bounce and squeak with jealousy that his "enemies" own firearms and he can't. But then, most of us aren't NEET manchildren living on TardBux because we are too lazy to get jobs, so those of us who want to own firearms actually can because we can afford it. Damn that capitalism!

Given that philth lives in Portland and the goofy motherfuckers who run the city and county, and the fact that philth himself has paraded around the fact that he was involuntarily held in an institution before (which was probably a lie) and his internet footprint probably all prohibit him from purchasing a legal gun where he is, besides his autism keeping him from being normal enough to go into a gun store to buy one.

The biggest things holding Phil back from owning a gun are lack of funds due to Phil being a welfare leech who wastes his money on junk knives and Antifa branded merch, and because he obviously is someone who should not have access to firearms and looks it.

Second Amendment rights are constantly under threat. No one is going to risk their 2A rights or their Federal Firearms License (and thus their business and livelihood) by selling to Phil. You can tell by looking at him that he basically has the mind of a child and is unstable. The edge lord clothes, the kiddie scribble tats, his whole attitude and demeanor...he doesn't even have to open his mouth to give away that he is an extreme liability to sell to, and no firearms dealer or private seller is going to risk it when someone normal and responsible will come along to buy eventually. And Phil literally is stupid enough to boast about shooting fascists and Kiwi trolls while trying to buy a gun.

His psych hold was in California. It did happen. It prevents him from buying and owning firearms in California, but not the rest of the country since it wasn't a court ordered stay in a psychiatric facility. He would either have to be convicted of a felony or have a court of law label him psychologically incompetent and put him in a mental facility to have his 2A rights stripped from him nationally. That hasn't happened to Phil.

The only realistic way Phil will ever own a real gun is if one of his playmates who does own firearms either gifts him one or sells him one. And both are highly unlikely. Most people aren't willing to give someone they aren't really close to something worth hundreds of dollars, especially a weapon that was originally purchased in their name and could be traced back to them if that weapon is used in a crime. And Phil is really, really, REALLY shitty with money. He's all about immediate gratification. And Phil is too chicken-shit to buy one illegally from scary colored people.

tl;dr: Phil can legally own a gun, but the chances of it ever happening are less than slim (unlike Phil himself) because he's a sketchy tard who obviously shouldn't have access to them.
