you might make the comparison, and sure, maybe blacks ARE the ones making the majority of noise (per capita? or just in general? that's a question i'd like to have answered, i'm sure it's the former since japan is still majority japanese, but you never know) but they're not cheekily trying to go "lol niggers"

I was accidentally placed in one nigger class for a semester, and it was eye opening. Same school, totally different scene. My school was minority white, but we had a similar thing going on. Honors/AP was mostly white, had maybe the same 3-4 black kids in all of them, normie classes were more black, and remedial classes had virtually no white students at all. Granted, my school was mostly Hispanic so every class was mostly Hispanic, but the overlap of whites and blacks in core classes is like two triangles that peak at opposing ends.
I think black families just don't give a duck if their kids pass or fail. White kids go to tutoring and get help on their homework and have parents speak up for them when the school drops the ball. Black kids fuck off and loiter all day until they have to go home and get beaten for existing.

They don't. They don't view education as a "viable" option. Why would they? Everything's handed to them on a silver platter, they get away with (sometimes literal) murder, they're coddled endlessly, and everyone else has to take up the slack for it.

The only kind of "preparation" black families will tolerate for their kids are sports-related because that can potentially "uplift" the family out of the ghetto into the rich ghetto if little Tyrone gets lucky and can kick or run the little ball faster than Shitaveous on tryout day. Rap is begrudgingly tolerated because it too can lead to money, but athletics are viewed as more "legitimate" (it does admittedly attract less crime overall, at least among the non-black races).

But they won't pony up for all that expensive hockey equipment of course and won't dedicate time from their busy schedule to run little Tyrone to hockey practice, so little Tyrone had better be good at basketball. He can steal the sneakers himself or with his friends and he can practice at the local (no-net, padlocked at night) basketball court simulacrum until he can attract school attention to get on that team and leech off its equipment instead.

Compare that to helping Darquantishatron with his 10th grade algebra homework, practicing Latin with him, driving him to the university for advanced courses and -- god forbid -- filling out (or at least answering questions for) a fucking FAFSA? Oh hell no, boy, you get your black ass out there and shoot dem hoops!
 
I almost got in an accident on the freeway today because a car in the lane over decided as I was halfway through merging that it did not want me in front of them. They gassed it from the many MANY car lengths behind me to nearly cream me as I made it over. Like, I truly thought the car was intentionally going to hit me. And then whipped around me like we were in GTA instead of a normal Saturday afternoon in the real world where people fucking DIE FOR REAL, which is how I saw that it was a fucking hideous black woman driving.

Once we finish with ICE and the homeless and all the fucking Indians maybe we can make driving tests actually hard enough that they bottleneck some of these murder chimps out here trying to kill white ladies on a nice afternoon drive?

A very bold assumption. If they can't get a loicense, they just go full SovCit, call themselves "Moors", and at best keep driving on those stealership paper tags that really ought be abolished.
