Those cops roasting him in the back was the highlight.

It still pisses me off that the charges were dismissed because he's "incompetent" - if that's the finding of the court, then his freedom should also be curtailed. Make him a ward of the state or make a family member his guardian.
Someone has to take responsibility.
But the way he acts - it's very clear that he lacks self control. I've been trying to popularize the medical term:

- difficulty calming down when upset;
- difficulty understanding emotional experiences;
- becoming avoidant or aggressive when dealing with negative emotions;
- exhibiting more extreme emotions;
- focusing on the negative;
- difficulty controlling their attention;
- being impulsive
Sound familiar? We talk a lot about their tendency to commit violence, but they also seem to have a huge problem with emotional dysregulation. Even when they're not violence, they're just crazy!

- physical factors such as brain injury
- psychological factors such as adverse childhood experiences, and ongoing maltreatment, including child abuse, neglect, or institutional abuse.
Their brains aren't necessarily "injured" but they are markedly different from the brains of other races. I discussed some of the related science in the second half of this comment:

As to "adverse childhood experiences" - yeah, nearly every black child is being abused. Their parents are just as fucked up as they are, so they endure emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

Getting fired from your fast-food job sucks, but because she can't control her emotions, she turns it up to 11 and gets arrested.
Kids riding scooters in the street, putting themselves in danger. The cop tries to have a talk with them. All they have to do is say "yes sir; sorry sir; we'll stay on the sidewalk" ...but no, they go nuts and get arrested. The young girl is only 17, and she is wigging out like a pro.
The adult lady was just a bystander. The police don't even want to talk to her ...but she manages to get arrested too. Bonus: she has warrants! She has fucking warrants!! If she could only keep her goddamn mouth shut, nothing bad would happen.
Emotional dysregulation: they cannot control themselves. They are not compatible with our civilization.
