This is one of the reasons I am cautiously optimistic about AI. If you cut it loose into the wild where anyone could more or less create with it, you would have people able to create things and get them out there that otherwise would be heavily, heavily, heavily, gatekept by social justice political rhetoric spouters.

There will also be new measures of quality that people will need to adapt to and use if they want to make good things with AI. You can have an AI write you a script and fully animate a film, but the creator will have to go in and properly edit things, make them look nice, flow well, and generally just be comprised of good ideas rather than shit ones.

Honestly art is so unbelievably pozzed right now that I can't help but see it as a good thing. I am still hunting for a not-retarded artist to work on a couple personal projects of mine without fagging it up, because each time I find one that is acceptable, oops here's a pride flag, oops here's a character of yours I race-swapped, hey can we make this one non-binary?

If I could replace artists with computers that do what I fucking want without persistent retard wrangling I would, simply to save myself a fucking headache. Artists need to realize that they are their own worst enemies.

That first image just looks like a .jpg with the compression going wrong. Is that really going to stop an AI art program from fucking with it?

Ok? Google, Pinterest, and, most importantly, your head, are free to use and will always be there. If you can't create anything without the help from some strings of code that mash up stolen images together to dictate you what to draw, and you copy it one to one, well, you kinda deserve to be replaced by an appliqué maker, it has more movement in its virtual head than you do. Chinese anime gacha games made on unity won't really need you now, maybe try investing in creativity and originality? In making something that is out of your comfort zone (ex. women that don't fit into coomer hourglass template you always use)?

That anti-AI filter is terrible. Imagine willfully making your art look worse and treating people to what looks like a 70% quality JPEG all so it won't be successfully learned via ML. Flagrant disregard of how dataset creation even goes down. People are not pining to steal your failed Twitch channel promos or going to bother captioning it for training. Not only that but it's probably an afternoon's work to detect this glazing and cull pictures containing it from datasets so it doesn't do damage in the long run if this glaze is supposed to ruin training. If that glaze costs money they're being scammed as the gullible idiots they are.
