Thought I'd just have a look at Fiverr just to see what people are pissed off about other than just hurr durr advert not me like. And as expected from a company with a pretty based response their way of dealing with AI shit seems to be pretty decent. They have a dedicated section to AI services. Not just AI generation but also actually technical things, you know that not everyone can do. There's services for the actual technical side of AI, not just people sticking a prompt through a generator like the people in the comments of that video seem to think.
The site puts the AI services into a separate category from graphic design type shit. Here's the front page of the website.
It does seem that the site includes AI image generation in with the rest of the graphic design. So there is something to say about the retards in the comments screeching about AI replacing artists right? Here's the breakdown of AI/human graphic design listings. I had to use the search term 'tshirt design' because just a general search for 'graphic design' has so many other categories that AI services are literally not even in the list, they are so few that they do not even show up.
Yep. 1%. 1% of the total listings on Fiverr is AI generated. You can really see how much of a threat those poor wikkle awtists wreawy are under. There are very literally more people who are complaining about AI being allowed on the website in the comments of that video than there are people actually using AI on the website. This is the threat I'm meant to be worried about?
The AI stuff just honestly looks worse. I kinda hate the BingAI type style honestly. Like tbf if I had to I would probably use the probably child slave Indian to properly draw it. I mean looking at the AI shit it just doesn't look like it would actually work on a tshirt. A fair amount just seem to be using Midjourney too which I've seen a lot of people make a lot of good things very often, I've never used it either but I mean idk I don't think it would be worth the prices they're asking, though worth saying that the AI people are offering 3-10 images for that price compared to the human artists who normally ask for an extra 50% to actually deliver something usable rather than just a black and white sketch. I mean they're asking for basically a month's subscription to Midjourney, you might as well just subscribe and do it yourself. Either way almost every single person using AI makes it very clear in their titles that they're using AI and the small fraction does still say in the description. I had a quick look through the non AI listings and I won't include any screenshots because I am only 95% sure not 100% sure but I am fairly sure that I've found a fair few people using clipart without disclosing it anywhere.
Either way this is basically the best way they could have implimented it. Just like clipart and that sort of shit there's no way they can stop people from using those tools. So creating a section for AI stuff and having people label it as such is probably the only way that they could impliment it. AI is the future, you're not putting it back in the box, it exists and will continue to exist. If you don't try to adapt with the times then it will only ever hurt you more. Fiverr couldn't really ignore AI and so they did the best thing that they could reasonably do. The people bitching about it are bitching about a tiny percentage of listings and once again it's Fiverr. Just like the Rovio slop game art jobs no artist thinks of these jobs as anything presigious. Honestly most artists I've seen don't use this site anyway because it's already full of shitty clipart and a terrible reputation. How many artists have you seen posting 'commissions open' posts on twitter and how many have you seen plugging a Fiverr link?
I'm old enough to remember when "digital art" slowly started to become a thing, and it was quite similar then. A lot of overnight sensations and dead ends then too. Also a lot of people looking down on it.
It's the current thing to be mad at. People don't lament the death of the land line or cable T.V anymore or if they ever did and soon enough this will phase out as well. It's really easy to see who is and isn't able to adjust to moderate change more than anything.
The whole point of fiverr including its name is being cheap. You can't get cheaper than AI and a jeet can churn these out by the dozens every day for a decent living in the kind of places most fiverr vendors live.
Apparently anti ai artists now thought that ai makes water disappear. Not being consumed. Just gone. Like it violates thernodynamics and makes water disappear without giving anything in return.
There's some point to be had about the energy consumption AI causes but that's every fledging technology development. It'll get more efficent. It already arguably has. There used to be computers that filled entire big rooms and consumed kilowatts of energy, yet weren't even in the same dimension computing-wise of some smartphone which lasts on a trickle charge for a day from a battery so small yet so energy efficent, the engineers of these old computers would have regarded those batteries alone with utter fascination. You find many such examples in many other technologies where the first generations were bulky, resource intensive and yet barely usable. The answer was never to stop, but to move forward. If intelligent and courious minds wouldn't have, they would not have their twitter now to complain about it. Many of them probably wouldn't even be alive.

These insane idiots think we should ban petroleum and fossil fuel use because muh climate change when it would cripple worldwide agriculture and cause mass starvation.
Oh man, looks like I've caused lots of butthurt on a jap artist and their minions lmao.
So here's the story: picked random artists and their artworks, ran through PixAI, and then post it in their replies, 'cuz I'm bored that's why. Most of the time, they'll just block you without any replies (shows you how fragile they are when comparing their "art" with AI art lol). But one special snowflake apparently got triggered so hard they idk basically sicced their little pets against me.
So below here is the original art in question, together with our special snowflake "artist":
The resulting super duper mega ultra butthurt generated is just GLORIOUS lol.
I like how the 2nd guy talks as if jap laws apply elsewhere like that entitled 'murican tourist that insists 'murican laws apply in the country they went to lmao.
(idk what's with the first guy on the third picture. He seems mentally disturbed, posting those kind of shits.)
Also, for that comment that is hidden:
Not sure if most are weebs roleplaying as japs or japs that uses google translate to write their comebacks, but still it's cute really, trying to look tough but failing lmao. Also, what's up with some using jap moonrunes to talk to someone who doesn't obviously understand their crap, and frankly im tired clicking the translate button just to know what butthurt comment are they writing to me. Oh well.
But! That's not all! They even go to my other AI Artworks and spam their inane bitching too and mass report me, hoping it'll drive me away (apparently not)!
Ironic of the first guy to say that, when most japs live like that as hikkomoris lol. ]
And butthurt comments still keep pouring out right here and now lmao.
By the way, there's something I noticed about these angry comments. 95% of them are not even an artist, yet they're so butthurt on that AI pic like I've stole it from them. Bunch of weirdos.
This looks fun. Once my account gets back to normal from the mass butthurt reporting, I'll go back putting up AI pics. Since Twitter's blocking is broken, allowing me to still see the posts that artist who started the shitstorm, I'll take more of their artwork, ran through AI, and then tag them in a quote. Just because.
I'm surprised that the said artist got this butthurt for actually improving their art. Their reaction sounded like what would happen if a Western Woke artist "improved" it by uglifying it, as in making the skin in the darkest tone possible, fattening it up so it can pass as someone on My 600 lb. Life, an adding pride flags and pronouns.
Speaking of which, is Western Woke artists doing that to "improve" other people's art still a thing? And do they use AI tools to do it now?
(Thanks for providing that "fixed" artwork . And no, to me the original still looks too generic to me, and yes, they are dumb and too sensitive to know this is just a bored person trolling.)
I only used PixAI for this because apparently, many other AI Art Generator can't make a proper anime picture while using the existing uploaded image, or the results came out wildly different despite uploading the reference image. The only free AI art generator to function properly as I wanted however, I'm out of free creds to use that one
Well it sure has it's kinks and some comments pointed out, but it looks pretty alright otherwise. Hopefully in few more years, it'll work more flawlessly. And meh, the original one looks too generic to me, but I guess each of us has our own opinions anyway.

As some wise person here once said: "Almost all artists are hypersensitive retards." Naturally, they take no shit from others actually improving and fixing their artwork with AI since they deemed their crap "perfect".
AFAIK, there are still complaints of Woke artists doing just that as early as october this year from one artist named BKUB. The crime? Using the wrong shade of brown to color a character.
And no, since every woke "artists" I've seen are very anal about using AI to improve their "arts", let alone viciously hostile like it's as bad as Nahtzeezm itself, I doubt they will ever touch AI with a ten foot pole to make their "improvement" or "fix".

I like how it's now "racist" not to draw black characters black as the Ace of Spades with niggerish inflate to 32 psi lips and eyes bugging out like a golliwog doll.

[Warning potential Spreging]
I don't know if this count in Ai seething bullshitery but HOLY FUCK! HOW PETTY CAN THEY BE they go after 3d artist now for stealing i guess anyone that made art using mouse and keyboard are nothing but thieves then https://youtu.be/cRuZJr7rXm0?list=PLzk9iBCl0eG8XuOv14eJsB7ihTmjJ4ptQ
this "creator" is nothing but a "twatter reader no:98347926791"
It seems like a bunch of witch-hunting in my opinion. A lot of her longer videos would benefit from her giving TLRs of what went on, instead of reading every single reply.
Next add that anti-AI noise filter and an anti-AI watermark on ur version so that it's both stealing and saying that you're not allowed to steal this thing i stole to them. Then we'll keep on adding levels of irony until the whole thing becomes as abstract as loss.jpg
